Waking Up Norman is a quaint 4 bedroom 3 bath home on almost an acre of lakefront property. This newly renovated home accommodates up to 10 people and provides access to a private dock for swimming and boating.

Wake up, pour yourself a warm cup of coffee and savor the view of Lake Norman from the cozy sunroom. Enjoy your day on the water kayaking, paddle boarding and soaking up the sun. After a long day you'll be ready to kick up your feet around the brand new fire pit and reminisce on the day.

Great house

We had a wonderful stay at this house. I loved its floor plan and its charming decor. Beds were comfortable, amenities were great, and the property management was very responsive, kind, and helpful. We stayed at the property for the week of Christmas and I do wish there had been some Christmas decorations, but that is a minor detail. We had such a fun and relaxing time.

A cold Thanksgiving!!

Me and my family stayed at Waking Up Norman for Thanksgiving. We learned on Thanksgiving morning that the heater was not working. Southern Charms staff went above and beyond to fix the situation. Even though the heat couldn’t be fixed during our stay, they provided us multiple space heaters to keep us warm. Loved the house. Will come again.
