Have coffee on the dock and watch the sunrise! This luxurious lakefront vacation getaway with a boat dock, is located in Denver on Lake Norman, where many sports stars have homes. Sunny Daze is perfect for families or groups of up to 10. Located on a quiet cul-de-sac with casual lakefront decor with a modern, fully equipped kitchen. This vacation home will give your friends and family a comfortable home base from which yall can spend their days on the lake, head out to a sporting event, or venture into Charlotte for shopping and then come back to sit on the porch or relax in the hot tub with a view of the lake or pull the curtains for intimate privacy. Three comfortable bedrooms, with king-size beds, plus a bunk room that sleeps 4 will give your entire entourage a good night's rest after a fun day on the lake.

Sunny Daze features a covered back deck and patio, where the outdoors can be enjoyed in both rain and shine. Cook outdoors on the grill and even enjoy the firepit down by the lake. The large yard gives you plenty of space to spread out and enjoy the view. The dock is the perfect spot to set up your chairs and see how many fish you can reel in. Even better, launch the provided kayaks or paddle boards from the easy launch dock and spend the day paddling around the lake.

Don't forget the option of adding a boat rental to your stay to get the most out of your Lake Norman experience! We have partnered with a nearby marina to provide our guests with the chance to rent a power boat - delivered right to the dock. A full range of watersports equipment is available and ready for you to take out for the day! Ask us about the power boat rentals and we will arrange for one to be delivered to you!

Included amenities are the barrel-style hot tub, two kayaks, and two paddle boards with paddles and life jackets. Plus, a foosball table to entertain kids of all ages! High-Speed Wi-fi too

Great Fishing Getaway

The house was very clean, and we loved the lake view from the back deck. The house had plenty of room and the hot tub was a great bonus.

Family Getaway

Overall beautiful and cozy home fit for a large family getaway. What you see in the pictures is exactly what you get. Felt like a cabin and lakehouse at the same time. Pros: large for a family of up to 10, beautiful sight by the lake, hot tub, fun activities to do nearby, basement floor has its own separate set up for a family group with bunk beds and living room Cons: water pressure was low on second floor, rained for first 2 days of our stay fire wood was not covered so it was soaked and was unable to use fire wood supplied, hot tub not covered. Overall no complaints and highly recommend this location. Would love to come back for a second stay.

So delightful & peaceful

The home is on a quiet, cul-de-sac, and access to the lake was so easy. We loved that there were kayaks and paddle boards. It was a very cheerful place with lots of space to relax. The hot tub was perfect, the sunrises were brilliant. We can’t wait to come back, such a wonderful downstairs for family, and two lovely suites upstairs. a real treat.
