This 3,300 sq. ft property offers three very large bedrooms all with sliders to lake and beautiful lake views, two living rooms, wet bar with ice maker, a private beach, yard games, a two-person kayak, one person kayak, paddle board, fire pit and three grills (charcoal, gas and flat top griddle). The lower level makes the perfect space for a family fun game night with many board games to choose from! This safe space is also perfect for the kids to create their own memories together.

The new Trex deck (850 SF) with roof is so close to the water's edge it makes you feel like you can touch the lake. Deck has all brand-new furniture - large dining table, chaise lounges, sofa, chairs with ottomans and grill. Have your morning coffee on the dock and watch out for Henry the Heron who likes to perch on the dock. You will be in vacation mode the minute you arrive and will be ready for all the fun that the lake and surrounding area has to offer.

When you are ready to come inside you are welcomed with large smart TVs in almost every room along with (4 DVD players), the home also offers a great DVD library and games for the whole family. Enjoy the gourmet kitchen with high-end Wolf gas appliances and range along with huge center island with seating for four. With indoor and outdoor dining, this home is great for entertaining your friends and family. Bring your family together by cooking homemade meals in the expansive kitchen, stocked with any supplies you may need for your meals!

The property is located on a quiet cul-de-sac, with a very private back yard and boasts over 200 feet of shoreline, dock with ladder and plenty of space for your boat.
