About this property

The apartment is located in the spa Berensch in a classic brick building. The apartment was completed at the end of 2017 and has two floors with plenty of space for children and skittles, but also small groups. We have endeavored to create our guests a comfortable ambience in which everyone can feel comfortable and relax!
There are three separate bedrooms and three additional sleeping possibilities in the living room.
The bathroom is designed with underfloor heating, bathtub and barrier-free walk-in shower.
Washing and dishwasher are available in the kitchen area.
The covered terrace is followed directly by a covered sand play area for children and a large garden.
The apartment has Wi-Fi.
Two parking spaces directly at the house are included.
From the house you can start on foot towards the natural world Wadden Sea, the beaches are in the nearby neighboring villages, such. In Sahlenburg or Spieka-Neufeld.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung besonders für Familien mit Kindern

Wir waren sehr überrascht wie schön diese wirklich günstig zweistöckige Ferienwohnung war. Die Lage war sehr ruhig, nur wenige Autominuten vom Strand und vom Hafen entfernt. Sie ist genial für Familien mit Kindern. Der schöne Garten mit überdachten Ministrand und Spielecke lässt auch Regenschauer erträglich werden. Die schöne Überdachte Terrasse mit Sitzecke und Liegestühlen war bei unseren Tenagern hoch im Kurs. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett, es lief alles einfach und problemlos ab. Wir würden hier jeder Zeit wieder Urlaub machen.
