La casa vacanze si trova a Cinisi,provincia di Palermo, ad 800 metri dalla spiaggia Magaggiari, meta, durante il periodo estivo, di turisti stranieri e italiani;a due minuti dall'aeroporto internazionale FALCONE BORSELLINO,ad minuto dalla stazione ferroviaria CINISI-TERRASINI, a richiesta viene eseguito il servizio di navetta da e per l'aeroporto e stazione .La casa è dotata di cucina, completa di accessori per cucinare, due camere da letto di cui una con balcone e l'altra con terrazzo, divano letto,ogni stanza è dotata di letto armadio, tv e condizionatore,bagno per un totale di cinque posti.
