"Una finestra sul mondo". Stunning location and a perfect, cozy stay.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE SWIMMING POOL IS OPEN FROM JUNE TILL END OF SEPTEMBER.
CLEANING FEE INCLUDED IN YOUR RESERVATION FOR BOOKINGS RECEIVED FROM 18TH OF APRIL. PLEASE IGNORE HOUSE RULES RELATED TO CLEANING FEE IF YOU ARE BOOKING AFTER THE ABOVE DATE.
The property is located on the first floor of La Romantica complex. My favourite bit is without a doubt the terrace! You will be blessed with the beautiful and relaxing view of the lake and mountains in the background, perhaps while enjoying your breakfast, lunch, dinner or a glass of wine :)
Outdoor table and chairs are ready to be used.
The apartment offers a modern and spacious open space with living room and kitchen. You will find everything you need to have some pleasant time at home. Microwave, tableware, cloths, kitchen tools, internet connection, a comfortable sofa and the tv. Both the living room and the master bedroom have direct access to the terrace. On the main floor you will also have the single bed bedroom and the bathroom with washing machine. Fresh bed sheets and towels for all guests are provided. Just at your doorstep, a beautiful communal swimming pool is waiting for you! This is a perfect spot of the property and ideal for a lazy, hot summer day. If you feel more active, then you should take advantage of the tennis court, still part of the complex.
You will be able to park your car in the garage located in the lower ground floor - with direct access to the first floor via lift. I am very proud of my beautiful apartment and I kindly ask you to treat it as if it was yours. If you have any special request, please do not hesitate to ask and I will try to accommodate your request. I look forward to welcoming you!

Awesome view and super kind host

The only thing that could be criticised is the mattress, which is a bit worn out. Otherwise everything is top, even with little presents in the kitchen that make the arrival even nicer. And the view from the balcony is unique anyway. Ilaria's friendliness is the icing on the cake. Always obliging and always available

Relaxing vacation

Very nice clean appartment equiped with all the supplies you might need during your stay and an amazing view from the terrace. The entrance to the compound was a bit challenging for us but the pictures and videos Ilaria has sent helped a lot. Be aware that you will need to drive around to discover the region and for example to get to a pier to board a ferry/boat. But this is the price to pay to have such a calm environment with breathtaking view of sunsets! Also Ilaria is a very friendly host, she is always reachable. We were happy too to find some snacks and soda as a kindness in the kitchen.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt, es hat uns in der Unterkunft an nichts gefehlt! Für unseren Sohn wurde alles toll hergerichtet (Hochstuhl, Bettchen, Kindersicherung) und Ilaria hat uns extra Spielzeug hingelegt. Sehr schöne Wohnung mit seeblick

Bis auf den etwas komplizierten Self Check in alles gut. Sauber, groß, gute Ausstattung und schöner seeblick. Die Anlage an sich ist schon etwas älter aber gut in Schuss. Der Pool was sehr frisch. In der Nähe zu Fuß erreichbar gibt es 2 gute Restaurants. Als Strand empfehlen wir Germignaga.

Liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit tollem Ausblick in ruhiger Lage. Die Anlage, in der sich die Wohnung befindet ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, wird aber gut gepflegt. Der Ort liegt gut 10 Minuten von der nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeit entfernt, eine gute Pizzeria ist in Gehweite.

un appartement très agréable avec une vue magnifique. une hôtesse très disponible et à l'écoute de notre bien-être. un environnement très calme. petite précision utile aux personnes qui ont des problèmes de hanches ou de genoux : malgré un ascenseur, il y a plusieurs escaliers à monter puis descendre pour atteindre l'hébergement.

Logement très agréable. Terrasse très bien orientée avec une vue magnifique. Grande piscine, très peu fréquenté. Nous y étions souvent seuls. Terrain de tennis praticable. Nous avons pu y jouer tous les soirs.

Vanaf het ruime balkon een prachtig uitzicht over het meer, gezellig appartement. Fijn zwembad. Vriendelijke host, die altijd bereikbaar is. In de omgeving genoeg te doen (boot naar overkant meer, kabelbaan, marktjes en op loopafstand 2 restaurantjes). Grote Carrefour op 6 minuten met de auto. Wij hebben een paar heerlijke dagen gehad.

Eine schöne Wohnung mit bezauberndem Ausblick

Die Wohnung hatte alles, was man für einen Urlaub braucht, außer einer Schpülmaschine. Die Terrasse ist super. Die Ortschaft (auch die Stadt in der Nähe) ist zwar relativ klein und ruhig, es gibt aber ein paar Ausflugsziele. Mit einem größeren Auto empfiehlt sich draußen zu parken, da die Garage sehr klein ist. Mit unserem bmw 3 kombi ging die Tür nicht mehr zu.

Urlaub zum Genießen und Entspannen

Wir haben uns hier sehr wohlgefühlt. Highlight ist die große Terrasse mit herrlichem Blick sowohl auf den See als auch die Berge. Die gesamte Anlage mit schönem großen Pool ist gepflegt und liegt oberhalb des Ortes. Sehr gute Pizzeria fußläufig erreichbar, ansonsten ist man mit dem Auto innerhalb 10 Minuten am See oder in Luino. Das kleine Zimmer mit Einzelbett war für unseren 14jährigen Sohn dann doch zu eng und zu dunkel, so dass er auf der ausziehbaren Couch im Wohnzimmer geschlafen hat. Statt einer klassischen Kaffeemaschine gab es nur den für Italien typischen kleinen Espressobereiter. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin über Fewo-direkt lief problemlos auf Englisch, sie antwortete immer sofort und war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank, liebe Ilaria für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Abbiamo deciso di prenotare questa abitazione per la sua posizione e prezzo. La casa dispone di molto spazio e un ottima vista sul lago maggiore. È disponibile anche un box coperto. In casa sono disponibili tutti gli accessori necessari e come sorpresa abbiamo trovato anche la colazione. Da qui si può facilmente raggiungere Lugano o anche fare una passeggiata e vedere i resti della linea difensiva della prima guerra mondiale.

Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Von der großen Terrasse hat man einen guten Blick auf den Lago Maggiore. Störend war die zahlreichen Hunde mit häufigem Gebell, leider auch in der Nacht. Die Restaurants in Brezzo die Bedero waren gut zu Fuß erreichbar und haben eine sehr gute Qualität

Tolle Ferienwohnung!

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Anlage und Pool sind sauber und gepflegt. Liegt in ruhiger Lage. Haus ist auch ruhig, haben nichts von anderen Gästen mitbekommen. Balkon war nachmittags schön schattig, angenehm zum sitzen und die Wohnung hat sich nicht so aufgeheizt. Unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin über WhatsApp, sehr nett und hilfsbereit :)
