Enjoy relaxing days in our comfortable apartment

Our house is located on the outskirts in an idyllic, wooded location in Arnbruck in Zellertal with a direct view of the Kaitersberg. Within walking distance you can reach the Panoramabad, the bakery and the center.
The pristine nature of the Bavarian Forest invites you to long walks, bike rides and hikes across meadows and through quiet forests in pure, fresh air. In winter, the nearby Berge Eck, Riedelstein and Arber with their ski lifts offer ideal winter sports. Well-groomed cross-country ski trails invite you to delightful trains through a truly picturesque landscape, in which you can forget your everyday worries. Also located in the immediate vicinity of a generously designed sled slope, where your children can let off steam.

Welcome to our cozy and comfortable apartment with large and sunny southwest facing balcony. Our apartment has 60sqm, a spacious living room with a comfortable sofa and a fully equipped kitchenette. From the toaster to a bread machine, an egg cooker, a coffee maker and a kettle you will find everything you need. The cozy dining area offers enough space for a full breakfast. In addition, you will find in our apartment a telephone, satellite TV, a CD radio and Wi-Fi.
The 30sqm bedroom consists of a double bed and an additional pull-out sofa bed. Right next to the bedroom is the bathroom with shower / WC and two sinks.
Bed linen, towels, tea towels, utilities and final cleaning are included.
The spa fee is paid separately on site (0.75 € / day and youth between 10 and 15 years, 1.50 € / day and adult, children up to 9 years are exempted from the spa contribution).

In addition to the spacious balcony our house offers a covered seating area and a lawn for sunbathing, where you can make yourself comfortable on long walks on your deck chairs.

During your stay your car is well accommodated in our carport.

Schöner Kurzurlaub

Vermieterin ist sehr nett und zugänglich. Schöne Umgegend, Wohnung und Einrichtung sind funktionell. Große Räumlichkeiten. Einzig ein Gefrierfach fehlt als Selbstversorger und die Speiseteller und Salatschüssel haben Liliputformat, was aber nicht zu einer Abwertung führt.

Für uns absolut perfekt

Ich hatte für zwei Wochen Bayrischer Wald eine FeWo gesucht die abseits von Städten ist, möglichst ruhige Ortsrandlage. Diese Wohnung hat das perfekt erfüllt. Sehr große Wohnung mit Balkon über die ganze Seite. Wir haben es bei den Temperaturen die letzten beiden Wochen genossen auf dem Balkon zu frühstücken und Abendzuessen. Arnbruck ist ein kleiner Ort, aber mit dem Auto sind alle Sehenswürdigkeiten der Gegend und die Wanderparkplätze gut zu erreichen. Ein kleiner Supermarkt ist im Ort, ebenso Bäcker und Restaurants. Die Vermieter der Wohnung sind sehr nett und haben auf alle Fragen zur Umgebung eine Antwort ;) Wohnungsausstattung, Lage der Wohnung und Vermieter bildeten ein super Gesamtpaket das uns zwei Wochen wunderbaren Urlaub beschert hat. Wenn jemand eine sehr ruhige Wohnlage für die FeWo sucht, trotzdem aber recht schnell vieles erreichen will dann ist er / sie mit dieser Wohnung bestens bedient.
