The 100sqm apartment has three bedrooms with six beds (a room with a large double bed, a room with a 1.40m bed and a room with two single beds). A bathroom with walk-in shower and bathtub, toilet and washing machine and a separate guest toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, kettle, Senseo coffee machine, toaster, microwave, stove with oven and fridge with freezer.

The living room has a flat screen TV and a cozy wood stove.

There are games, toys and children's books.

The apartment also has a beautiful covered balcony with a view and a view of the Allgäu mountains.

Important in winter: The apartment is located directly on a cross-country ski run.

Bed linen, towels and tea towels are sufficiently available, as well as a hair dryer. On request: baby bed, changing mat for the bathtub and high chairs.

Pets are not allowed.

Ferienwohnung zum Wohlfühlen

Wir hatten als Familie eine wirklich schöne Zeit hier. Die Wohnung ist perfekt eingerichtet und ausgestattet, uns hat nichts gefehlt. Hohenpeißenberg ist ein günstiger Startpunkt für Unternehmungen aller Art. Wir fanden es auch schön, dass man direkt von der Ferienwohnung aus, auf den Hohenpeißenberg spazieren kann.

Wunderschöner Urlaub in einer tollen Ferienwohnung.

Die Vermieterin hat sich vor unserer Anreise mit uns in Verbindung gesetzt und alle wichtigen Themen mit uns besprochen, da sie sich zu unserem Aufenthaltszeitrum selbst im Urlaub befand. Eine Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte problemlos über einen Schlüsselsafe und zur Not wäre Frau Oswald auch immer telefonisch erreichbar gewesen. Wir wurden auch ohne persönlicher Anwesenheit der Vermieterin herzlich begrüßt, mit einem Gruß auf einer Tafel und einer Flasche Rotwein und einer Schachtel Pralinen auf dem Esstisch. Wir fanden eine sehr saubere Wohnung vor, in der es uns an nichts fehlte. Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir konnten unseren Urlaub sehr genießen und können diese Ferienwohnung nur weiterempfehlen. Wenn man nach irgendeinem Kritikpunkt suchen müsste, wäre das evtl. die Matratze in einem der beiden Erwachsenenschlafzimmer. Die war zum Zeitpunkt unseres Urlaubs bereits sehr durchgelegen und könnte evtl. mal ausgetauscht werden. Diese Kritik ändert aber nichts an unsere 5-Sterne-Bewertung.

Familien Urlaub in Bayern

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und modern eingerichtet. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. In der Umgebung gibt es viel zu erleben und nach München sind es nur 30min mit dem Zug von Weilheim aus.

Super Ferienwohnung am König-Ludwig-Weg

Eine der besten Ferienwohnungen, die wir je hatten! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, es ist sehr ruhig, mit einer tollen Aussicht und viel Platz in der Wohnung. Wir waren auf dem König-Ludwig-Weg wandern und die Wohnung liegt wirklich direkt am Weg und ziemlich genau in der Mitte der Gesamtstrecke.

Optimale Lage für Ausflüge in alle Himmelsrichtungen

Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Frau Oswald empfangen, durch die Wohnung geführt und in die moderne Ausstattung und Technik eingewiesen. Die Wohnung ist mit allen notwendigen technischen Geräten ausgestattet und beeindruckt durch das Gesamtkonzept der Einrichtung. Es ist total hell und offen, Dank der vielen Fenster (6 Dachfenster!!!) ;) Die Bilder entsprechen 1 zu 1 der Realität. Alles in Allem eine wirklich sehr zu empfehlen und ich bin davon überzeugt, dass wir hier schon bald wieder einchecken werden. Danke für eine schöne Urlaubswoche...

Eine rundum hervorragend ausgestattete Ferienwohnung mit Wohlfühlcharakter. Im Umkreis von 50 km gibt es sehr viele Sehenswürdigkeiten im schönen Oberbayern/Allgäu. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wieder kommen und empfehlen die Wohnung gerne weiter.

Chic, modern, tolle Wohnung

Super nette Vermieterin, wir waren zu dritt und jeder hatte ein eigenes Schlafzimmer mit Mückennetzen und Rolläden vor den Fenstern. Es fehlte an nichts. Wir durften sogar unsere e-Bikes in der Garage parken. Internet top, Küchenausstattung top, die Straße hat uns ein wenig gestört. Wir kommen vom Land und sind nachts an absolute Stille gewöhnt. Aber mit geschlossenen Fenstern war das Schlafen kein Problem. Wir können die Wohnung zu 100% weiter empfehlen.

Sehr nette Gastgeberin und schneller einwandfreier Check-In. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr großzügig geschnitten und bietet viel Platz für Familien sowie Kinder. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und es fehlt an nichts. Der Blick ins Grüne sowie die ruhige Lage laden zu Spaziergängen ein. Für Familien mit Kindern ist die Wohnung geradezu optimal da Kinderbett und Kinderbadewanne etc. zur Verfügung stehen. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder...! Was soll ich sagen? Einfach eine geniale Ferienwohnung!!

Es hat einfach alles gepasst! Wirklich tolle Wohnung mit viel Tageslicht (durch Dachfenster), Balkon, Badezimmer mit Dusche und Badewanne und bequeme Betten. Ein zweites WC ist vorhanden, was bei vielen Personen auch immer super ist. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Zum Beispiel hat sie uns Ausflugstipps gegeben, weil wegen corona keine Prospekte ausliegen konnten. Außerdem hat sie uns fürs Kind noch Extras besorgt. Danke dafür. In der Wohnung ist an alles gedacht worden, vorallem die Küche ist für eine Ferienwohnung sehr gut ausgestattet, sodass man gut für viele kochen kann. Wir waren bestimmt auch nicht das letzte Mal da. ;)
