Family-run guest house with 3 exclusively furnished apartments. Children are very welcome. A beautiful garden house with grill and lots of play equipment invite you to a carefree holiday with your family or friends. Parking is available directly at the house.

Equipment: The large apartment has 115 square meters of living space with 1 comfortable bedroom with double beds, 2 bedrooms with double bed and an extra bed and 3 shower rooms with toilet. A cot for children up to 3 years is available.

The comfortably furnished living room has a large upholstered seating area and dining area for 8 people, TV, radio and a south-facing balcony with seating and a beautiful mountain view.

The fully equipped kitchenette has a fridge, freezer, oven, dishwasher, hob, coffee machine, kettle, microwave and enough dishes.

2 beautiful balconies with seating offer a wonderful panoramic view.

A free hotspot internet connection is available in the apartment.



Freetime activities:

Prem has beautiful hiking or cycling opportunities with signposted routes. The moor trail with tours through the premer moor, Lechuferweg, Panoramaweg or Weilerweg (length between 7 and 12 km) are particularly suitable for families.

For children there is the possibility to ski at small ski lifts in the area. You can also skate on a natural ice rink. The large winter sports areas in our area, e.g. B. the winter sports arena Tegelberg (18 km), the Buchenberg (16 km), the ski center Pfronten (32 km) and the ski center at Steckenberg in Unterammergau (33 km). The Zugspitz Arena can also be reached quickly with a distance of approx. 50 km.

In summer, our Kaltenbrunner lake invites you to swim and fish. In the Lechaue Nature Park you can do something for your health by kneeling on the water. There is also a tennis court, table tennis tables, a children's playground with cable car, a barbecue area and a soccer field. Another highlight for children is the Ponyhof in Prem.

Cycling tours such as the Forggensee round, steam locomotive round or the Lechtal cycle path are a pleasure for every biker.

Prem is the starting point for excursions to world-famous sights such as the Wies Church, the Welfenmünster Steingaden, the monastery church in Rottenbuch, the Ettal Monastery and the royal castles Neuschwanstein, Hohenschwangau and Linderhof.
