This upstairs apartment is located in the center of Allentown. On street parking is available year round on a wide 1 way street. There are many bars/restaurants walking distance from the apartment and we have many local favorites we would love to share with you!

With an Arcade/Game Room on the 3rd Floor there is plenty of fun before you even leave! Pool Table, Dart Board, and Skee ball are just a few games waiting for your visit!

Perfect for an overnight

We stayed here while visiting Buffalo for a concert and couldn't have been happier. Spacious, clean, well appointed and in a quiet residential street, it was perfect for our needs. Hosts were outstanding and made the entire process a breeze.

The property was spacious, clean and comfortable. The host was courteous and very helpful in answering any questions that I had. I stayed here with my family for a short period of time and I would definitely look forward to staying here again. Places to eat are in walking distance. I highly recommend staying at this location. Ok visit

Reservations and able to check in with out any issues property management was very good with answering questions and making arrangements for stay . Once arrival noticed bugs up stairs apts funny smell not to clean beautiful home though had a family dinner police where called on the event there were no complaints or anything due to cameras in side the home in various locations none outside of property police was allowed entrance no issues were observed was not over owner stated large coward on property management contacted me by phone and told me to get off property it was not what I expected I cleaned the property and made video

Jasmine, Despite you breaking numerous house rules you were still allowed to leave a review which is absurd. This review should be taken down but VRBO's review policy has no logic. Your reservation stated you were only hosting 5 guests. You made no mention of anyone else joining you. If I could post pictures here they would show a party with 50+ people and strippers. Not what I would call a dinner party but hey every house is different and maybe that is how you were raised. This is obviously a retaliatory review because we did call the cops to break up the party. VRBO cancelled your reservation and you were technically trespassing. You are lucky you were even allowed to stay the night. The only smells in the home were from your cigarettes and weed and the only pests we had were your 50+ guests. Again you shouldn't be allowed to leave a review given that you are a liar and are trying to get back at us for enforcing our house rules. When VRBO changes their policies regarding parties we will list our property again here.

Amazing little apartment in a great location!

We stayed at Matthew’s place and saw a concert at the Key bank center. Matthew replied quickly with any questions I had! In the apartment they even went above and beyond and have a book full of places to visit in the area. As well as an adorable coffee area. Our group was 4 girls and 1 guy- getting ready was made easy by lots of mirrors, beds/bedrooms and variety’s of good lighting. The apartment was clean tidy and cozy. The only feed back I would have is in the bedroom by the bathroom, the power strip by the bed seems to be on a timer. We would have to turn it on about every 5-10 minutes in order for our stuff to charge / the AC to work. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again when we come back to the area!
