The place was great it was very clean. We came day before snow storm they had it plowed out for us before arrival. Host was very helpful and we enjoyed our stay. We came from Florida for a funeral and wanted somewhere close to relatives. Would love to come back in better weather. Thank you for your hospitality.
The house was in a quiet and nice neighborhood. It was very clean and comfortable with all the comforts of home. The deck was quiet and nice for grilling. Stocked kitchen. Great location, easy check in.
Excellent place to stay, country location but conveniently located to highway. Property was extremely clean, wonderful neighborhood, cozy and exceeded our expectations. I plan on staying there again !

Perfect! The house was like new. Thirty minutes or less to Niagara Falls or Buffalo or Lockport. The Erie Canal trail is across the street! Would definitely go again.

Property was clean and well organized. The house was comfortable and well heated. The neighborhood was quiet and cozy. Would recommend this property to friends and family.
This is a wonderful well kept single family home in a quiet residential neighborhood. The hosts were thoughtful in every way, from the thorough visitor guide detailing local attractions and resources, to the kitchen equipped with everything you could possibly need. The beds and bedding were very comfortable, and there were plenty of towels. It was nice to start the day with a hot cup of coffee while enjoying the scenic view of the back yard. Our daughter saw a cute red fox one morning and thought that it was the neatest thing. This is a definitely a more remote setting, but we enjoyed it that way. It was nice to be away from the noises and traffic of a city setting, and the quiet residential neighborhood felt extremely safe. Our hosts were excellent, and we highly recommend this property.
Wonderful property. Great communication with the owners. Beautiful kitchen appliances. 2 TVs, easy check in and check out. Great restaurant recommendations, we ate at New York Beer Project, Duffs, and Anchor Bar. THANKS FOR A GREAT WEEKEND!!!!
Came for the weekend with my grandchildren. Beautiful property in a nice country setting everything well stocked, towels sheets and some other things you may have forgotten at home. Hosts were very accommodating and great communication will definitely stay again.
We loved this cozy charming country house. The house was well stocked and very clean. But it will be the utterly breathtaking view from the back patio in the early morning fog that I will never forget. Wish I could have enjoyed it longer
We came to town to visit family and cheer the Bills on for a victory. My two adult sons and I stayed in this beautifully renovated home. We had everything we needed. It is close to anything you might need but also very peaceful and quiet. The hosts provided everything we needed. We will be back when we come into town to visit family or to route on our beloved Bills!
Our family stayed at this lovely house in Amherst while in town for our son's graduation from the University of Buffalo. Check-in was simple, and the house was cozy and comfortable, with nice hangout areas in the living room, kitchen, and out on the back deck. I will echo what others have said about the location -- while only about 10 minutes from UB, and close to everything we needed, it is located in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood and has a very tranquil feel, especially when chilling on that deck, where we had a celebratory drink after the graduation ceremony one night, and cooked out on the grill the next. Great spot. The hosts, Rosanne and Bill, could not have been nicer and were attentive for anything needed. A great stay in a terrific place.
This was the perfect small house for our weekend stay. It was my Uncle, Cousin, my Husband and myself. The owner lives next door if we needed anything but we didn't. The house had everything you could imagine for our use. The television in living room wasn't working but we didn't really have time. Nice patio on the back to sit on. Quiet neighborhood.
