Casa Robinia is a centrally located, modern and spacious 3.5 room flat on the 3rd floor, with a terrace, in the Lido zone of Locarno. Ideal for families, seniors and guests without a vehicle.

Room layout: A living room with exit to the terrace, two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds), a kitchen with terrace access, a bathroom/WC, shower/WC, and an entrance area with wall cupboards. The terrace is accessible from all the rooms.

Casa Robinia is ideal for 4 persons.

One small dog is allowed in Casa Robinia.

Smoking is not permitted in Casa Robinia. Smoking is allowed on the terrace.

Casa Robinia has one dedicated parking spot in the parking garage. There is also a bicycle room and a lift leading from the garage to the apartment. For those arriving with two cars, there is also public parking nearby.

Please note: Casa Robinia has a laundry/drying room, with washing machine and dryer, for common use for everyone in the building. We provide you with a washcard that is located in the apartment.

Schöne, geräumige Wohnung. Der Balkon ist auch gemütlich und man hat eine schöne Aussicht auf die umliegenden Berge. Zu Fuss ist man schnell im Lido oder im Parco della Pace, was mit Kinder super ist. Im Hochsommer ist es etwas heiss, aber es hatte zum Glück Ventilatoren :-)

Leider auf Grund meine Erkrankung, die Personal Belegung war für meine Tochter 5 Tage und für mich nur 3 Tage. Drittpperson ist nicht gekommen. Trotzdem haben wir unvergässlich schöne Tage in Tessin erlebt in Lucarno und Ascona. Natürlich dank auch für die sehr schöne Wohnung und Umgebung.

Schöne Ferienwohnung in Locarno ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuss vom Stadtzentrum. Gut ausgestattet, sauber und problemlose Abwicklung. Würde gerne wieder einmal dorthin gehen.
