Large beautiful Quail Creek, Green Valley home
Beautiful spacious house, beautifully furnished. 3 garages. Dishes, cookware, linens, are supplied. 50 inch TV. all utilities included other than in summer months which limited electricity to $250/ month, no restrictions on other months, In gated upscale Quail Creek community that has everything a person could want. Age restriction of one person must be 40 or older. Pools, hot tub, tennis, 36 pickleball courts , 27 hole golf course, new beautiful community building with huge gym, indoor lap pool, large leisure pool, spa, etc. Excellent restaurant with live entertainment 3 times a week in this gated community. Check out :Active Living at Quail Creek-Robson Resort Communities ,to see all that is offered in this beautiful community. 2 older sets of golf clubs and 2 bikes for your use. Summer rental has minimum of 3 months but only 30 day minimum for rest of the year.

Make my vacation homes up to standard that I want myself when traveling. Your vacation home should be as nice or nicer than your own home as much as possible.
