The apartments including fully appointed luxury bathrooms with rainfall shower heads, subway title and modern vanity, lights and tiling may be shared if a guest is not renting all 4 bedrooms. This property is located a short 2 mile drive from Hyde Park, University of Chicago, Museum of Science and Industry and the Woodlawn area. The neighborhood is a quiet tree-lined street with easy access to the highway and public transportation.

Everything is brand new, sanitized and cleaned for your comfort. Luxurious bedding and furnishings are included with your enjoyment in mind.

We offer full-sized kitchens which include new stainless-steel appliances, new stainless-steel fridges, gas ranges, microwaves, toasters and coffee makers. There is ample counter space for all your cooking requirements.Each bedroom has a full walk-in closet fully lit the 4th bedroom in each unit is a spacious master bedroom with a flat screen T.V.
For your comfort we offer complementary WIFI, the use of a hair dryer, iron, ironing board, free in unit washer and dryer, basic cooking and eating utensils, coffee maker and tea kettle as well as free Netflix/Roku.

Complimentary coffee pods, coffee maker, sweeteners and non-dairy creamer are available for your enjoyment. Complimentary dishsoap, handsoap/body wash, shampoo and conditioner and towels will also be available to you upon arrival.

Free onsite parking is available in the back of the premises and on the street. Street parking is on a first come first served basis.

Such a cute location! The owner was accommodating and helpful! Was in town to celebrate a birthday and I wouldn’t change it for the world! You won’t be disappointed

Great Space

Good place to stay with plenty of room for guests. Semmed like a nice quite cor er. Camer In kitchen was a little odd but disclosed.
