(ALL times/minutes listed are if driving) property is near the Dan Ryan expressway, literally in the middle of the city close to everything and everywhere.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Feel free to pack the bedding but it’s not needed the cleaners will handle that
Please return all used keys where you got them from
Pack up towels and items for wash and leave in hamper in the hallway or on the floor in a pile
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please treat the property as if you would do your own place. NO PARTIES ALLOWED! Have fun, enjoy the amenities and be comfortable.
Any questions I am available to answer them. Absolutely NO smoking of any kind allowed in the unit.
Please try and keep shoes off of the living room carpet to avoid mud, dirt, and stains.
