Homey & spacious, also located in a quiet residential neighborhood. 3 minutes from grocery store, 7 minutes away from the White Sox Stadium, 10 minutes away from McCormick Place, 10 mins from Solider Field, and 15 minutes from Downtown Chicago. 12 minutes from 31st Beach, 11 minutes from Chinatown. (ALL times/minutes listed are if driving) property is near the Dan Ryan expressway, literally in the middle of the city close to everything and everywhere.

We had a nice stay at this Chicago apartment. It was clean, exactly as described and spacious enough for our family of six. The little extras like towels on the beds with chocolates, complimentary starter toiletries, water bottles, Kcups for the coffee maker and snacks were a very nice touch! The host was helpful and took our call to explain parking and the entry code, which made check-in easy. The neighborhood is not far off the freeway, but we never felt unsafe. It’s about a 15-minute drive downtown (around a 30 Lyft to Millennium Park).Our only suggestions would be better bathroom mats and possibly adding a second deadbolt on the main entry door. Overall, we’d recommend it to groups looking for a clean place to stay close to downtown.

Definitely A “Home Away From Home ”

Our Host Stephen was ready and prepared for our arrival beginning with great communication. Wet were well informed about how the ins and outs and assured about parking. All living spaces were clean, presented well with nice touches creating a feeling of being welcomed into the space.The few concerns that arose were met with solutions immediately allowing us to rest assured we had nothing to be concerned about other than enjoying our stay. We would definitely consider staying again and sharing the property and host as a reliable option with friends and family..
