Poinsettia Heights is close to everything you'll need for a great vacation or business trip. You will be able to walk to several restaurants, shops and grocery.

A copy of a picture ID will be required for reservations at this property to prevent credit card fraud.

Uber is a good option to get you to the beach or downtown Fort Lauderdale. You will have the driveway and the garage available if you choose to have a car.

The property is a quiet getaway for our guests. We absolutely do not permit parties, gatherings, or anyone not listed on the reservation to use the facilities. Any use of the property by individuals not on the reservation may result in immediate eviction. City code enforcement only permits 4 people maximum.

Also, this property does include a pool. In order to maintain our standards for every guest we do have someone clean the pool twice a week. please be aware that the pool service providers do have access to the back yard.
