Make memories walking our private mountain trails to a secluded river with rope swing and small waterfalls. We have chickens, turkeys, peacock & friendly cat. Perfect for families & friends who want to actually spend time together making memories in nature!

PR trip

This home was super clean, comfortable, bright and beautifully decorated. Sarah was very helpful for local eateries, grocery shopping and things to see and do in the area. She was there if we needed something but gave us privacy as well. Super impressed with her home and beautiful family and look forward to staying here again.

very accommodating & welcoming

Sarah and her family were very attentive to every need during our stay! Her having a baby of her own allowed for our stay to be even more comfortable, she put a pack n play in our room so my baby could sleep comfortably, there were toys for him to play with. We loved the chicken waking us up every morning. The entire stay was very relaxing & the perfect getaway!

Paraíso en Caguas

Never did I think spending time in the mountains could be so enjoyable and booji…in the best way! Super Hosts Sarah and Jason are attentive, available and amazing. Their little slice of paradise is comfortable, ample and the sounds of the island abound with birds, coqui, and roosters. We ate fresh papaya and cooked escabeche of green bananas from their land. There are trails for hiking and an outdoor view from their balcony that is filled with fresh mountain air. Sarah shared ‘happenings’, places to eat and shop regularly, so we were never at a loss for what to do. We will return soon!

Hi! My family and I are usually on-site at our Caguas Villa and are on site to help with anything you may need. I love hosting -- I'm new to VRBO though!

We have 3 rentals: The Guest House (sleeps 8-10), The Bungalow Suite (sleeps 2) and brand new The Rooftop (sleeps 2). You can rent one, two or all of them. As of now, only the Guest House is on VRBO.

I have a 5yo daughter who loves to play if your children would like a friend while they’re here!

I’m half Puerto Rican and grew up all over the place but this island has our heart. We are in love with nature and this island has it all — jungle, rivers, beaches and more. My first language is English. I understand a lot of Spanish but am working on my execution. :)

Why they chose this property

We purchased our 6.5 acres in 2018 and have been working on it ever since! We started with what is now the Guest House and have moved on to our Main House next door where we rent out the Bungalow suite on the bottom floor and the Rooftop Suite on the roof (we live on the middle of the 3 floors. We have worked to make this place a true paradise with chickens, turkeys and peacock roaming freely and are currently working on building trails for guest and our family to explore.

What makes this property unique

We have incredible mountain views and are completely immersed in nature. You'll have to come see for yourself :)
