50qm-große Ferienwohnung im 3. Stock mit Balkon
Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich auf der Giebelseite im dritten Stock, hat eine Größe von ca. 50m2 und verfügt über einen großen Balkon mit Sonne von mittags bis abends. Von dort aus hat man einen schönen Blick zu Wald, Reitplatz, und Weide. Die Wohnung verfügt über einen Flur mit einem Einbauschrank mit Staubsauger, einen großen Koch-/Wohn- und Essbereich sowie zwei getrennte Schlafzimmer. Der gemütliche Wohnbereich wurde mit einem großen Sofa ausgestattet, welches der ganzen Familie genug Platz bietet. Außerdem sind ein Schwingsessel, ein Kindertisch mit Stühlchen und Malsachen, ein kleiner Wohnzimmertisch und ein Flachbildfernseher vorhanden. Der Essbereich wurde mit einem Tisch und vier Stühlen gestaltet, der genug Platz zum Essen und Spielen bietet. Die geräumige Einbauküche verfügt über einen Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach und einen Herd mit Backofen. Ein Toaster, ein Wasserkocher und eine Kaffeemaschine sowie genügend Geschirr, Töpfe und Gläser sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Das erste Schlafzimmer ist ausgestattet mit einem Doppelbett (160cm x 200cm), zwei Nachttischen und einer kleinen Garderobe. Im zweiten Schlafzimmer/Kinderzimmer befinden sich zwei Einzelbetten (je 80cm x 200cm ), ein Regal mit Spielen und ein großer Schiebetürenschrank. Das große Bad verfügt über einen Waschtisch mit beleuchtetem Spiegelschrank, eine Dusche und WC.
