Apartment 'Höhenrausch' at 1,700 meters above sea level, 150 meters to the lift, underground parking space

Our apartment is in a fantastic location in Silberleiten (Hochkrimml), in the ski area of the Zillertal Arena. It is only 150 meters to the lift, the descent to the house is possible. The apartment is set up for up to 4 people.
A small hallway leads you to the spacious living area. Here you will first discover a fully equipped kitchenette (with ceramic hob, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, coffee machine, Nespresso machine, SodaStream, microwave, toaster, raclette device). There is a tiled stove between the kitchen and the living area and a dining area opposite. The sofa in the living area can be pulled out into a double bed in just a few steps. A modern 42-inch Smart TV and a Bose music system are available. In the separate bedroom you will find a large double bed. In addition, there is an armchair that you could pull out to another sleeping area. In the bathroom you have a shower tray with glass partition, a vanity with plenty of storage space, a large, well-lit mirror and the toilet. An underground parking space belongs to the apartment.

We rent from Christmas to Easter from Sunday to Sunday.
(Arrival and departure on Saturday is not recommended in the winter months, as the streets will be completely overcrowded!)

In addition to alpine skiing, you can also take part in other winter activities such as tobogganing, cross-country skiing or snowshoeing in our snow-sure area.
But the summer months also have their charm. The mountains with their lush meadows, colorful flowers, fresh air and a lot of peace are what make your vacation in the Alps in summer. Whether a hike, Nordic walking, climbing or a tour by bike ... A network of over 60 km of well-signposted hiking trails at all altitudes and varied routes with different levels of difficulty lead you through a fascinating mountain world.
