Welcome to Haus Lindenblick! Our house is located in the beautiful Zillertal in Kaltenbach with a wonderful view of the Zillertal mountains! The house is located directly on the Zillertaler Höhenstraße and in the middle of the Hochzillertal ski area at an altitude of 550m. Our holiday apartment offers space for a total of 5 people with a cozy terrace with a view of the Zillertal mountains. You have the opportunity to have a cozy barbecue evening with our own griller. For our little guests we have a playground with swings and sandpit. Your dog is welcome upon request. You can reach the Kaltenbach waterfall in about 15 minutes through the forest. The Zillertal cycle path is the perfect tour for families with children and those returning to cycling. For the more sporty, you can also experience great tours on the mountain. The valley station of the Hochzillertal mountain railway is 800m away, the valley run is 100m (3 minutes walk).

Wohnung die keine Wünsche offen lässt!

Wir waren mit 9 Leuten in dieser wunderbaren Wohnung in Kaltenbach. Die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr schön gelegen und man hat bei klarem Wetter einen tollen Blick ins Tal. Wenn es viel Schnee im Tal gibt, so wie es bei uns Anfang 2019 der Fall war, kann man auf jeden Fall empfehlen Schneeketten dabei zu haben. Schon bei der Ankunft wurden herzlich und unkompliziert begrüßt. Es wurde uns alles gezeigt. Beide Wohnungen, der Partyraum und auch die Garage inklusive Skischuh-Trocker und Skiständer. Auch die Möglichkeit, dass wir jeden Morgen frische Brötchen geliefert bekamen, war für uns eine wunderbare Erleicherung. Die beiden Wohnungen sind wirklich ordentlich und sauber. Auch für Handtücher und Bettwäsche war gesorgt. Die Küchen sind auch gut ausgestattet. Bei allen Fragen konnten wir uns vertrauensvoll an Christine wenden. Zusammenfassend kann man diese Wohnung wirklich allen Leuten empfehlen. Wir würden gerne wieder kommen.

Urlaub bei Freunden!

Wir, eine Gruppe von insgesamt 10 Skifahrern, verbrachten unseren Winterurlaub in der ersten Märzwoche 2018 bei Familie Hörhager. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. Die Ausstattung beider Wohnungen war sehr gut. Die Nähe zur Talstation Kaltenbach ist phänomenal. 4 von 6 Skitagen waren wir die ersten Fahrer in der Gondel. Besser geht’s nicht. Der Brötchenservice am Morgen klappt hervorragend und Grillen ist auch gar kein Problem. Der Gemeinschaftsraum lässt auch keine Wünsche offen. Also wir kommen wieder! Vielen Dank an Christine und Anton.

Fantastisch verblijf op perfecte locatie!

2 zeer fijne, schone appartementen in 1 huis. De locatie is ideaal: dichtbij de skipiste, het dalstation en de supermarkt. Christine zorgt voor een goede ontvangst. Bij aankomst vroeger in de ochtend konden wij de spullen alvast neerzetten in de aparte ruimte, waardoor we vroeg de piste op konden de eerste dag. Iedere ochtend om 07.00u hingen de door ons gereserveerde broodjes aan de deur. Heerlijk! Ook de extra ruimte is fijn bij een grote groep. Grote koelkast, oven, darts, muziek installatie en toilet. We hebben geen negatief punt kunnen vinden aan de 2 appartementen. Christine, bedankt voor jullie gastvrijheid!

Super „Aprés“ - Ski Urlaub in Kaltenbach

Mit einer recht großen Gruppe hatten 2 Apartments gebucht. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld mit dem Haus lief freundlich, schnell und kompetent. Wir waren sehr angetan von den gepflegten und sauberen Zimmern. Idealerweise hatten wir einen extra Raum zum gemeinsamen Essen, Grillen, und Feiern. Die Vermieter, stets hilfsbereit und freundlich, störten sich nicht daran wenn es Abends mal etwas länger/lauter wurde. Die Lage ist für Fans des gepflegten Apres-Ski in der "Postalm“ top. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden und können diese Unterkunft einstimmig weiterempfehlen.

Traumhafte Ferienwohnung in Kaltenbach! Top Lage!

Wir, 9 Erwachsene, wohnten ab dem 4.3.17 eine Woche lang im Haus Lindenblick. Wir haben beide Ferienwohnungen bewohnt. Das Haus liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Talabfahrt mit Anschluss an die Hochzillertalbahn I & III und zur Postalm, die man nach 200m Abfahrt erreicht. Vom Balkon und der großzügigen Terrasse hat man einen wunderschönen Blick auf Kaltenbach und das Zillertal. Mit den Spielgeräten im Garten ist dieses Haus auch für Familien sehr zu empfehlen. Die beiden Wohnungen sind super ausgestattet und bieten genügend Platz auch für einere größere Anzahl an Personen. Uns hat insbesondere die freistehende Grillhütte gefallen, in der man auch in einer größeren Runden gemütlich zusammen sitzen kann und den Abend ausklingen lassen kann. Die Grillhütte verfügt u.a. über einen großen, amerikanischen Kühlschrank, ein separates WC und eine fest installierte Musikanlage. Auch der Weber-Gasgrill kann bei Wunsch genutzt werden. Die Vermieter sind super nett und hilfsbereit. Sie geben auch gerne Tipps für die Gestaltung des Urlaubes. Alles in allem, können wir diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen und freuen uns darauf ein weiteres Mal wiederzukommen.

Skøn Hytte - rent og pænt - flotte badeværelser- gode værelser/køkken

Vi siger tak for en dejlig skiferie, hvor alt har været super. Der er det der skal være i lejlighederne, samt pænt og rent og med mulighed for at opbevaret ski og støvler ( støvlevarmer ) i garagen . Der er nemt til pisten og gode løjper Flinke værtsfolk :)

Ein toller Sommer Urlaub.

Die Wohnung ist super. Sie ist modern, hell und freundlich eingerichtet, sehr sauber und mit allem was man im Urlaub braucht ausgestattet. Die Vermieter sind sehr, sehr nett und herzlich.(danke für den Brötchen-Service, auch am Sonntag früh). Wir kommen auf jeden Fall nächstes Jahr wieder.

Schöne Ferienwohnung, nette Vermieter

Schöne Ferienwohnung für 6 Personen mit toller Aussicht. Der Skibus hält direkt am Haus und bei guter Schneelage kann man fast bis vor die Haustür abfahren oder vom Haus in Richtung Talstation. Wir würden dort wieder buchen!

Gemütliche Ferienwohnung direkt im Zillertal

Wir haben zu viert plus Hund in einer der Ferienwohnungen ("Manuela") für eine Woche übernachtet. Der ganze Aufenthalt mit Hund war absolut unproblematisch, was ja nicht selbstverständlich ist. Die Fewo liegt nur 50m von der Talabfahrt Hochzillertal in Kaltenbach entfernt. Für Skifahrer also absolut perfekt. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet und alles für den täglichen Bedarf ist vorhanden. Die Gastgeber sind absolut herzlich und wir würden in jedem Fall wieder kommen und die Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Daumen hoch!!!

5 Super Nächte mit überragendem Ausblick

Wir haben das ganze Haus (beide Ferienwohnungen) mit 13 Leuten belegt. Die Ausstattung der Wohnungen ist super und auch für so viele Leute ausreichend. Die Wohnungen machen einen sehr neuen Eindruck und waren perfekt sauber. Der Skiraum mit beheiztem Skischuhständer ist ebenfalls sehr angenehm. Die Lage der Wohnung ist gut zum erreichen mit dem Auto und mit den überdachten Parkplätzen direkt vor der Tür sehr komfortabel. Die Vermieterin kommt wenn man nett ist auch mal mit einem Obstler vorbei ;-). Wir waren sehr begeistert und kommen gerne wieder. Sehr zu empfehlen!
