The very centrally located holiday home is located in Costa de los Pinos between Cala Ratjada and Cala Millor in a very posh holiday resort. It is in the second row to the sea. The beach, supermarket and restaurants as well as golf course and bus stop are within walking distance. The house is located in a quiet street surrounded by many other villas in a wonderfully landscaped garden with pool, several terraces and boules. A summer kitchen with gas grill is also available.
The 4 bedrooms all have large double beds for 8 people. There is also a travel cot and a high chair for another child. There are 3 bathrooms and an additional guest toilet.
In summer the minimum rental period is 2 weeks.

Great and spacious Villa!

We loved our stay. Villa was larger and nicer than in photos and suited our family of 5 well. You could have more people. Pool & outdoor areas are great for relaxing and 2 good eating areas. Upstairs Aircon was good, although it got warm in downstairs bedrooms, but ok with fans. Local Beach wasn’t as nice as we hoped, but not far to drive to other fabulous beaches. Local restaurants in walking distance and all v good. Would recommend.

The perfect place

We had a fantastic time at Casa Eremi. This house a really perfect for a family and or friends with a beautiful garden. Fresh tomatoes and figues from the garden!! The main room is really convenient with a few dining tables outside. Really convenient depending the time of the day. The kitchen is fully equipped and a nice bbq. The bedrooms are great with no AC downstairs (maybe the only down point). The master bedroom has AC and a really nice view. Grocery is 2 min walking and really good restaurant too. Beautiful beach with blue water 4 min walking. A dream! We highly recommend this house. The owner family are really kind and reactive if you have any question. Marilou
