Gorgeous Finca Can Tian - peaceful, lots of nature

Our Finca Can Tian emerged from a traditional, several hundred-year-old Mallorcan farmhouse.

The spacious garden, the old trees and numerous cozy spots invite you to switch off and relax. You can enjoy wonderful peace and nature here, and still be in Manacor within 10 minutes driving time or in Arta or at the bay of Alcudia within 15-20 minutes. The location on a hillside offers you a beautiful view of the hilly landscape.

You will find a spacious terrace directly at the house with direct access to the old Mallorcan orchard. A short path leads from the main terrace to the pool area. The 10m x 5m pool is 1.5m deep throughout.

The house has a spacious kitchen with direct access to the main terrace and the spacious living-dining area with a large dining table, comfortable sofas, flat screen TV and fireplace. On the ground floor there is one bedroom with a double bed, a private bathroom and direct access to the outside area. A stone staircase leads from the living-dining area to the upper floor with three more bedrooms – one has a double bed, and two are equipped with two single beds each. There are also two full bathrooms on the upper floor. From the upper floor you can also access the sundowner terrace with a wonderful view over the northeast of Mallorca to the Tramuntana. A separate outside staircase leads from this terrace to the rear part of the property with a lawn and another sun terrace.

The finca was completely renovated and modernized in 2020. It has a washing machine and dishwasher, as well as a separate beverage cooler next to the refrigerator with freezer compartment. A 5 burner gas hob and a spacious gas oven are available for cooking and baking. Electricity is supplied entirely by our own solar system, the water comes from our own well. There are air conditioning systems in the bedrooms on the upper floor as well as free WiFi throughout the area and satellite TV.

Parties are explicitly not permitted due to the quiet location of the finca.
