Charming and quaint, this restored island home will make you smile! Located just outside downtown, this home is close to everything! Just a short walk to the carnival grounds and to historic downtown. Perfect location if you want to be near the action. With a cute little yard and an outside shower this is a great rental for children and pets. Please ask about our cancelation policy. 60 day cancellation prior to occupancy date (100% refund minus processing fee, travel insurance and credit card fee's). I suspect the owner is paying someone to clean the property between visits. The owner is getting ripped off. There were huge dust bunnies in every corner and the front porch is where spiders come for their annual convention. The house itself could be cute and cozy if it were cared for. Location is good. Close to town, easy bike ride to beach.

Sunny, quiet, and centrally located

We loved staying at Always Sunny -- it was the quiet break we needed. The kitchen has everything we needed and it was easy to get around by bike to everywhere in town. It was nice that there's an outdoor shower and a hose to keep the house clean of sand. It really felt like a home away from home, and we would stay there again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: WE had a great time. Great little house with everything we needed. Although it was a little dirty. A professional carpet cleaning and scrub in the kitchen would do it good! With that being said, I'd stay there again! Great location and such a nice relaxing, quiet street.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Screen porch in picture had holes in the screen so mosquitoes could get in. Place wasn’t clean. Hall light didn’t work.
