Hello!
Our names are Zack and Kindall, and we are the owners of the Suwannee River Manor. We are very excited to have the opportunity to host you and your family at our beautiful house on the historic Suwannee River!

The property is located 35 minutes West of Gainesville, close to the small town of Bell. The river offers many opportunities for water activities such as fishing, skiing, tubing, kayaking, canoeing. You can bring your boat and cruise the river, access the many springs that feed the river or tie up at the sandbar.

The area is home to many beautiful natural springs such as Rock Bluff Springs, Hart Springs, Manatee Springs, Fanning Springs and many more! The springs offer swimming, snorkeling, scuba diving and you have a good chance of seeing the Manatees that frequent the springs.

Please note: The dock on the river is grandfathered in with the property, which means we are unable to remove, replace or make improvements upon. For guests safety, we have limited the capacity of the dock to no more than 3 people at a time. The dock has been professionally inspected and is safe, but due to the large capacity of the home, we have limited the docks capacity for the safety of our guests.

Guests are able to tie their boat up to the dock at their own risk and after confirming with the host. The river level fluctuates greatly throughout the year and cannot guarantee you will be able to access your boat from the dock. The shoreline down to the river is very steep and is fenced at the top. Therefore, guests cannot access the river from the shoreline.

The individual that books the home, will be required to sign our rental agreement which will be provided upon booking.

The beautiful house is 4,000 square feet and features 2 stories of wrap around porches overlooking the Suwannee River.
The house is situated on private and peaceful 10-acres off of a dead-end road and is a short 10-minute drive to Bell for groceries and gas.
