We purchased this property because of our love for the area and our special memories of the Ichetucknee River. Our families have spent so much time and made so many family memories here!

Why they chose this property

This property has everything you need to enjoy a relaxing trip on the rare Ichetucknee River. This river is crystal clear and is so special to experience wether from the bank or from the river. This river changes from day to day and is never the same experience including the depth, wildlife encounters with deer, otters, manatees, fish, birds, turtles……there is so much to experience you will never be bored. We are close to some great historic towns with shopping, eateries, and we are located 45 minutes from Gainesville for all the Gator fans!
