Excellent Property

Eric is an amazing host and his house was terrific. The location was perfect, clean and amenities were impressive (the TV is huge!). We will be staying again soon.

Best Place for Longterm Rentals!!

Eric is one of the most thoughtful and communicative hosts I’ve met. His property was the perfect place to stay while myself and my three roommates were interning in downtown. I found that there are multiple different ways to get to downtown without hitting traffic and enjoyed staying in South Austin. The neighborhood is quaint, clean, and safe. The house itself was very well maintained with a ginormous tv and surround system. We made good use of the backyard and enjoyed being able to relax in the sun. Eric recommended multiple restaurants in the area and we were big fans of the local coffee shops! Overall, this is the perfect place for longterm stays, especially if you want a little break from downtown. I would definitely book again if I’m ever back in Austin!

Great long term accommodation!

We rented this property during a kitchen remodel as we needed a long term stay and it was the easiest and best experience. Everything we needed was there and basically brand new! All our needs were anticipated and if we had any questions we received prompt communication. We work from home and also needed really fast and reliable WiFi and there was even full desk set up. The TV is also Huge with reclining chairs. Yard is taken care of, rower for working out, powerful AC to keep entire house cool. Our stay was above and beyond our expectations.
