This an exceptional property, please treat it as such. The space This custom built luxury home is one of the premier properties on the island with several unique features. The furnishings are all superb quality. Free WiFi coverage throughout the property including the dock! -3 levels: garage/entry level, main floor, and second floor; an ELEVATOR serves all levels -huge gourmet kitchen with bar seating and continent sized countertop space -infinity pool and spa are on the second level with 180 degree views of Collier Bay. Pool is HEATED. -an outdoor grill and wet bar are poolside as is a separate dining area. The pool and lanai are enclosed by a 2 story screen system. - the dock is 140 feet long covering most of the waterfront perimeter. There is a pergola on the dock for shade and added relaxation. There is 190 feet of water frontage. - private balcony on the third level has phenomenal views of the bay (see pictures section) -we provide beach chairs and beach towels that you bring with you to the beach - there are 4 (26") bicycles for you to use. Additional bikes can be rented and delivered to the house. - the kitchen is fully equipped including coffee maker, Keurig, toaster, microwave, conventional oven, wine fridge and ice makers. -outdoor grill and wet bar are poolside and conveniently located off the main kitchen. -a bathroom and shower are immediately adjacent to the pool. There are also outdoor showers on the lanai and ground level. - king size beds in 4 bedrooms and 2 sets of bunkbeds in the the 5th. Bedroom 3 does NOT have an en suite bathroom; all 4 of the other bedrooms do.

This was a wonderful house and location! The house is even better than pictured, the pool and hot tub are wonderful, and we did indeed see dolphins in the bay which was exciting for everyone. Three families and kids stayed here together and we have plenty of space. They had beach chairs, sand, toys, and bikes for our use as well. Highly recommend!
Beautiful house in a great location on the bay. Very clean. Owner very helpful with great communication. House is very spacious with a large kitchen, along with an outside kitchen area.
This home made for a wonderful getaway from the winter blues. It accommodated 5 couples well. There was plenty of room and the hot tub/ pool combination made for a relaxing time for all. The dolphin sightings almost on a daily basis only added to our experience. The location was great. We could walk & bike to many hot spots

This guest was one who owners dread. From the moment he arrived, he pursued an agenda, engineered to try to recoup the cost of the stay. All of his demands no matter how trivial were answered and addressed, going as far to have extra toiletries delivered even when we’re not obliged to provide any. There is a basic expectation of honesty, and this guest does not meet that criteria. The home is a fantastic property and like all properties of this size and value security cameras are an absolute must. These are fully disclosed to all guests and comply with the platform’s policies. There is ample evidence contradicting this guest’s claims, and these have been submitted to VRBO. If VRBO was unable to remove this obviously malicious review, I would advise everyone to look at all of the other reviews posted which are five star and judge accordingly. We make extraordinary efforts to maintain the property so that it can be presented in the best possible terms for our guests.

We had a great stay. Family of 5 plus Grandma. House was a great size and every bedroom was an en-suite except one. The pool was a hit with the kids. It’s right on Collier Bay so you can watch boats coming and going from the lanai. Spacious kitchen for those that want to cook. House had beach and fishing supplies (10 min away).
The pictures do not do this home justice!! It truly is amazing, the view of the water and sunset is stunning. The owner was also great with communication. Any questions or concerns I had were answered instantly. The location of the house is close to just about everything you need. The beach is a few minutes away as well!!! My family and I really enjoyed our stay and would stay again in a heartbeat!
We stayed here for a 5 nights (10 people) while visiting Marco island with our family. What a great experience. The views of the water were simply fantastic and we even saw a dolphin that came up to our dock.
We also decided to try our luck fishing off the dock and the kids loved it. We caught about 30 fish that day in the span of a few hours (pro tip - go to the local marina and buy shrimp for bait, it made all the difference)
The owner provides a very detailed manual to use the many features of the house and was extremely responsive. Everything is within walking distance or a short drive/bike ride.
Would stay again if you are looking for a truly unique experience that will leave you with lasting memories.

Why they chose this property
This property is the perfect escape for those seeking luxury and privacy. It is right on the Collier Bay and has superb views. There are ample spaces to enjoy the views from the entire rear of the home, from the bedrooms, from the upper level balcony, from the infinity pool, to right on the dock. The quality of the home and its finishes are exceptional. Marco island has fantastic beaches, great restaurants, and fine weather. The island is only 24 square miles - so it does not take long to get anywhere. One can walk or bike anywhere on the island, which has wide sidewalks to accommodate this.
What makes this property unique
We have one of the best views on the island for a private home. This along with one of the largest docks on the island set on a very private lot. The land to the left of the house is a protected mangrove. You’ll see various birds nest there in the spring. We are fortunate that the waters around Marco and in Collier Bay are quite healthy and the fishing, even right off the dock, is great (we provide poles and basic tackle). Dolphins are frequent visitors such that almost every guest sees them - sometimes right at your feet! Manatees are occasional visitors as well. The neighborhood is very safe. You can walk or ride (we provide 4 bicycles) to the Esplanade, which is 1 mile away, where you’ll find several great restaurants, shopping and live entertainment. It’s also walkable to Rose Marina, where you can rent a boat, a charter, or dock your own.
THE BEACHES on Marco: Tigertail Beach- five minute drive (2.2 mi), ample pay parking "Main" Beach- 6 minute drive (2.7mi), accessed through Collier Blvd entrance at intersection of Maple Ave, no dedicated parking, side street parking -get there early to find a space! You can bike there (about 20 minutes) and there are several bike racks Resident Beach - 6 minute drive (2.3 mi), ***open ONLY to guests w resident pass (can be purchased from city if staying 1 month or greater)*** they are VERY strict, ample parking Winterberry Beach Access point- 8 minute drive (3.4 mi), no dedicated parking; side street parking - get there early to find a spot! South Beach - 10 minute drive (4.0 mi), pay parking at Swallow Ave and off street parking (get there early!)
