Horrible Experience

My brother passed away and I traveled to Georgia from Virginia.Kept reaching out to host but he never responded Arrived in town still no response Check in time came and went still nothing .Call the number still nothing.It was MLK weekend so getting a hotel was rough!VRBO played very fair and returned my money and gave me an equal amount of credits for my next trip.
