About this property

Classic two story Coconut Grove house with pool, screened porch with pool table, balcony off the master bedroom and high ceilings.
-The fourth bedroom is an office/guest room with attached full bathroom and a very comfortable single bed sofa.
-The house is a 5 minute drive to beaches, waterfront parks and cafes, shops, etc. Quiet but minutes to Key Biscayne, downtown and Brickell, 15-20 minutes to Wynwood and Miami Beach.
- Happy to arrange for experiences, Two friendly outdoor cats.
The space
Marble floors and an elegant but comfortable style… thé house is ideal for work/play and privacy. Upstairs is cozy with wood floors and area rugs. The master bedroom has a a king bed, sofa seating area and a large balcony overlooking the pool. The other upstairs bedrooms feature another king bed and a double bed. There There is a grill and a fire pit in the back yard which is very private. Room for four cars in the driveway, which is gated. Two friendly outdoor cats live on the property and sleep on the screened porch.
