As you pass through the hall towards the rear of the first floor, you'll find a gourmet kitchen worthy of your best culinary efforts. Outfitted with stunning marble counters, and stainless steel appliances, including a double oven and gorgeous tile backsplash, you'll feel this space pulling you in! You'll also find the adjacent den, complete with a cozy sofa, and flat-screen TV setup with Apple TV. A casual dining table for 4 and peninsula bar seating for 2 provide plenty of space for group meals. Walk out the French doors to a covered patio and your amazing backyard, which may just become the centerpiece of your vacation! Here, you'll find lush green grass, a variety of tropical foliage, and your own pool to while away the hot Miami days in cool comfort. A half bath completes this level. Upstairs, the master bedroom beckons one lucky person or couple. Unusually large, this room offers a queen bed, and a separate lounge area, perfect for your gratitude journal practice, meditation, or catching up on social media. You'll also love the private patio overlooking the backyard. Your private spa-bath beckons with dual vanities, a soaking tub, and an oversized walk-in shower. The first guest bedroom offers a queen bed, and the second guest room offers a queen bed and a twin bed. These two bedrooms share a full hall bath.

This property is dog-friendly with an additional fee of $250, per pet, for stays less than 30 days. While staying with us, you are responsible for the actions of your pet. Please keep your dog(s) off the furniture and pick up all waste. All waste should be bagged and disposed of in the outside trash bin. Failure to comply with our Pet Policy will result in an additional $100 fee. Please let us know if you will be bringing your dog (only dogs are permitted, sorry).

Please note that our vendors, landscaper and pool cleaner (If applicable), visit our homes at least twice a week for service. Our vendors will never enter the home and have permission to work outside.

If you have little ones we offer a Baby bundle: Pack-n-play with a thicker mattress & a high chair for $65 per stay. Baby bundles must be requested and paid 48 hours prior to your reservation start date.
