Additional Details:
• Pool heating available for $45 per day (must be requested and paid before check-in)
• During spring break, a refundable cash security deposit is required and returned after inspection on check-out day

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
-Check out is at 11am - Leave all the remotes in their correct place any loss remote control will be charged to you - Throw all trash in garbage bags and place in trash can outside
- Leave the dishes clean - We will request money from Airbnb for items missing. - Lock the door - Clean pool area - Clean BBQ pit if you used it Thank you
Please double check for any personal items you may leave behind. If anything is left behind there will be an extra charge to send it back.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Only register people can stay in the house No glass in the pool area, clean the BBQ, No smoking, No party's EVICTION for not following the rules

This place is amazing for a large group. Everyone had their own bed with plenty of space. The kitchen living area was excellent along with the porches! The decks and the and the pool was a great place for us all to relax and enjoy the sun. We will be back!

Beach getaway

Home was exactly as listed. Very open and comfortable with plenty of room for my family. Kitchen was very well stocked with all you could need if you decide to cook. Pool was a great size and we enjoyed it but could use a little maintenance. There was a little area with loose cement that was rough to walk through once exiting the pool. Overall we lived our stay and will return.

Great home base for SPI

We had a great stay. There was a small problem with the door lock but was handled quickly and efficiently. The owners were super responsive and kind. We enjoy South Padre for a fun low key beach get away with our family and friends and this place did not disappoint. Definitely will be back!
