Located in the coveted Colington Harbour community, this modern 3-bed 2-bath cottage sits right on the canal to offer visitors a private dock, expansive decks, and incredible waterfront living! Spend your days enjoying the awesome community amenities like an outdoor pool, large sound beach, and tennis courts or lounge out by the water at the Ocean Bay Boulevard beach access that is only a short 11-minute drive away with lifeguard, bath house, handicap-accessible ramp and paved parking!

The spacious driveway allows parking for 3 vehicles. The Bright Side offers a backyard oasis that will provide hours of entertainment for you and your four-legged companion! Inside, the game room's foosball table will surely gift hours of fun for the entire family as you put your favorite shows on the large, flat-screen TV and unwind on the cozy furniture. A shaded patio area is perfect for reading your favorite book while staying out of the sun, or if you prefer to lounge in an Adirondack and work on your tan by the water, a wooden walkway will take you to a lovely deck area right by the canal. Step out onto the dock to cast your line in the water or climb down the ladder to enjoy a leisurely swim. The manicured lawn allows plenty of space for your dog to play. Before stepping inside you can easily rinse off in the outdoor shower.

Colington Harbor is a beautiful, secluded island community offering amazing views and ample opportunity for crabbing, fishing, kayaking, and an array of other watersports! Situated about 15 minutes back from the main bypass, you are never far from something fun to explore or something good to eat. Try a tasty slice from Colington Pizza (they even deliver!) or sample a crab benedict and mimosa for Sunday brunch at The Saltbox Café. Colington Café is another great place to enjoy the local fare, especially if you're celebrating a birthday or anniversary. If you enjoy cooking at home, stop by Billy's Seafood market for a fine selection of fresh seafood including everything from shrimp and oysters to mahi-mahi and tuna. While you're out exploring, be sure to stop by the Wright Brothers National Memorial where you can experience an interactive museum about the nation's history of aviation and enjoy a 360-degree view of the surrounding beach as you stand beside the famous monument. Review of the Bright Side
Everything was very clean when we arrived. Our family enjoyed the pool amenities and swimming in the canal. However we did not read that the property was pet friendly and didn’t realize it until our bedroom smelled a bit doggy. My daughter served a fruit tray and dog hair had gotten in it. As I said everything was very clean when we arrived. If I owned property as nice as Bright Side, it would be no pets allowed.

The property was nice enough. It had not been vacuumed when we arrived. But Seaside Vacations are a top notch property management company. I have never had a more responsive company. They made everything just fine.
