Brief Description
Our holiday home is wheelchair-accessible and features wide doors. The property includes a garden (mostly fenced in; only the walkways are open) with a sun deck, patio furniture, and a double carport with a bike/tool shed. The house’s location offers a wonderful view of the countryside. The Küchensee is a 10-minute walk away. All rooms are on the ground floor.
On-site costs: Terms and Conditions Included: Final cleaning, parking, electricity, water, heating, use of the washing machine, Wi-Fi. One infant (0–1 year) stays free of charge but must be registered. Not included: Bedding + towels—a linen package (1 set of bedding, 2 towels) is available upon request for an additional fee per person for the initial set and for each subsequent change. Bookable via additional services. 1 baby cot (60 x 120 cm) upon request, 2 extra beds (90 x 200 cm) upon request. Other: No youth groups allowed. No pets allowed. Barbecuing is permitted only with an electric grill (provided). Any surcharges and seasonal rates are already included in the total price. Starting July 1, 2026, the city of Ratzeburg will charge a 3% overnight stay tax on the total price; this is typically collected separately by the host on-site.
Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out is from 12:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
