This BRAND NEW CONDO boasts one of the larger balconies in PCB with incredible views of the Gulf of Mexico & beside Pier Park's shopping/entertainment/fun. “Gypsea’s View” offers a king bed in the Primary Bedroom with an en suite luxury bath. There is an add'l 2nd full bath in the hall. The main living space provides a pull out sofa for guests. All furnishings were carefully selected by designer Harlan Grace. This unit is in a premiere location on the 3rd floor near the beach walkover & elevator.

For beach chairs & umbrella rental and activities such as jet ski rentals, pontoon rentals, tours and more contact Coastal Parasail at watersportspc.com and book chair rentals by the day or week online. Choose “location” and then Calypso Tower III. There is a space for a promotion code when ordering. Entering the promotion code “CalypsoSeasonal” in the promotion blank will give a 25% discount to the purchaser on short term chair rentals and “Calypso25” will give a 25% discount for activities such as jet ski rentals, pontoon rentals, tours and more. This purchase will be on record with the beach attendant.

Paradise

We booked this condo for four days. The location is within walking distance to Pier Park. The property manager was very responsive and provided clear arrival and departure details in a timely manner. The property offers a lot of amenities on the site or you can walk to other food and entertainment options. I would definitely book this property again.

Beautiful Unit

Unit was gorgeous, clean and comfortable. It was equipped with everything we needed. We had a great time and would stay there again or at other properties managed by this group.
