Fall Break

The unit was on the 6th floor...perfect location! The furniture had been updated from the pictures on the listing, so that was great! Within walking distance to Pier Park, so no fighting traffic. Iris was great to work with.

Very nice location and clean

This was a great location. It's on the beach almost across the street from Pier Park. The unit was exactly as described. It was very clean. I would stay in this unit again.

Comfortable and clean

Comfortable and clean. Could have easily accommodated a family with 2 to 4 children. Easy access to restaurants, shopping, arcades, piers, pools and beach. Would definitely stay here again.

Calypso resort

This was a great place to stay very clean very close to the beach to the pier and all the stores around. Will plan to come back and stay again very fun for the kids also.

In 2015, I managed to buy a small piece of paradise at Calypso, and hope you will enjoy it as much as we do. I want to make you as comfortable as we like to be on our family vacations!

Why they chose this property

Location, location, location. Being within walking distance of Pier Park is a huge advantage. It offers shopping and dining options for a variety of tastes. The condo is also ideally located for sporting events at Frank Brown Park, and only a short drive from the airport too. Of course, being right on the Gulf helps too - there is nothing quite like a sunset over the Gulf to help you totally unwind.

NO WAITING AT A RENTAL DESK! GO STRAIGHT UP AND OPEN THE DOOR TO PARADISE! The 6th floor offers LESS TIME WAITING ON ELEVATORS, spectacular views and privacy - but you can still keep an eye on your family at the pool or beach.
