Although the spectacular oceanfront view may be the best feature of the condo, there is also the rare breathtaking view of the cliff divers and the plaza that includes food carts and many celebrations and ceremonies such as when Mexican President Obrador spoke to the military and government officials in front of the condo on February 24th 2024.

The Vue condominium is the only oceanfront condominium or hotel in the over 15 miles of Mazatlan coastline that can see the cliff divers. In the 50 unit Vue Condominium only this condominium on the 8th floor and five other condos can actually see the divers hit the water. The vast majority of condominiums in The Vue cannot see the cliff divers at all.

Located furthest west on the Pacific Ocean of all of the hotels and condos in centro Mazatlan. The condo is inside the lively carnival area that is especially loud during Mardi Gras week, moto week and spring break.
