Kids loved looking for penguins and there were plenty of games. Kitchen had everything we needed. Tiera was friendly and very responsive when we had questions. We had a great time.

The house was clean and the pool was great. We have made such special memories here. We all loved being able to cook each night and spending time around the table playing games and telling stories together.

Our host was very friendly and communicated with us when we had questions. Overall the space was gorgeous and very clean, and the wifi worked great. Our kids were able to hang out in the pool in the dedicated space.

Practically perfect was amazing. My family and I really enjoyed the pool. I was thrilled to see how clean the place was and how it had everything just like home. The host was responsive through the app and made the stay very pleasant. The neighbors were very nice and the neighborhood was very quiet. Next time we come down to Bunnell, we will definitely be coming back to practically perfect. Thank you so much for a practically perfect stay.

Great choice

Perfect location - close to the fields and the beach. Thoroughly enjoyed the house and the kids especially enjoyed the pool. The house was very well stocked. Felt like home. Great communication. Will def stay again.

Practically Perfect IS Perfect

House was perfect - super clean, plenty of essentials, great location close to Publix/Target for anything we needed. Excellent communication from the hostess - Tiera reached out to see if there was anything we needed shortly after our arrival, and was available for the duration of our stay with a quick response to questions. Would highly recommend Practically Perfect, and would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Felt like home

Our stay was nothing short of amazing. From the friendly neighbors, quiet neighborhood, to the house itself. It didn’t feel like a rental. We would absolutely stay here again. Our children thoroughly enjoyed the pool. The house was very accommodating. The only complaint if I had to have one is there’s only one tv. Other than that, we were very satisfied with the property as well as the rate!

5 Stars isn't enough!

Can't even compare 'a house' with this 'Practically Perfect' retreat. Palm Coast is our vacation destination...as long as 'Practically Perfect' is available. We could tell the difference of a house being rented for profit vs one where the host cares about her guests and treats them with superb respect. Looked like so many baby/child needs were addressed.

The house itself is nice and accurately represented in the listing. It’s in a good neighborhood, the pool is enjoyable (just keep in mind it’s solar heated and depends on the weather), and the home is well stocked with everyday items like dishes, towels, and basic supplies. The house even had some pool floats to enjoy in the garage. There is only one TV in the house. However, our experience was significantly impacted by two issues.First, both Saturday and Sunday, the neighboring property had over 10 pine trees removed. The constant chainsaw noise and the impact of trees hitting the ground made the stay much less relaxing, even causing the house to shake at times. I understand this is out of the Host’s control, but wanted to notate the impact of the stay. Second, and more concerning, was a consistent roach problem. On our first night, we found a live roach in the bed sheets, which forced us to wash everything before going to sleep. My wife was uncomfortable enough that she refused to sleep in the master bedroom afterward. We then saw another roach in the kitchen the next morning and continued to see 2–3 per day for the rest of the stay.I contacted the host, who offered pest control service or early checkout, but refused to offer any type of refund/discount. We chose to stay and had traps placed, but the issue persisted.If not for the pest issue, this would have been a great stay. Unfortunately, that alone made the experience uncomfortable and hard to fully enjoy.
