This beautiful, fully furnished end unit with gorgeous lake and forest view, 2 bedrooms (king bed in master and queen bed n second), plus den with sleeper couch, has been updated with new dark bamboo flooring, renovated kitchen and baths and new Pottery Barn furniture. Layout has great room design, spacious kitchen w/breakfast nook, vaulted ceiling, laundry room and screened lanai overlooking the lake. Attention to detail to make it feel cozy and safe. Short walk to community pools, basketball, bocce, pickle ball and tennis courts, shuffleboard, BBQ and picnic area. 3 month minimum rental.

The moment you enter you will feel at home in this spacious yet cozy second story abode. There's a fabulous water filter, the bedding is organic cotton, the floors are bamboo and the furniture is Pottery Barn. It's a short walk to one of 4 salt water pools. You can walk around the lake and enjoy biking around the property or go a short distance to walk or bike around Greenway Park or visit the Naples Zoo. Beaches are about 10-15 mins away.

What makes this property unique

As soon as I walked into this condo I fell in love with the spacious feel and view of the lake from the living room and master bedroom. I love watching the sun rise from the lanai and listening to the birds sing in the trees.
