Our Longfellow Place house is hosted by Joe and Tiffany. A cozy home in a prime location. This modern and stylish short-term rental offers a comfortable stay for up to 8 guests.(maybe 2 more if they are children) Located in the north Denver, it is just steps away from many popular attractions. Enjoy easy access to public transportation and a range of amenities, including a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, hot-tub with outdoor patio. We hope you enjoy this cozy house as much as we have! remodeled and updated throughout. Including an outdoor hot tub for your enjoyment! The home is smaller (by square footage only) but has so much to offer.

The master bedroom has one king size bed with a full bathroom and a small walk-in closet. This room also includes a Roku TV. The second bedroom, which has a queen size bed. It also includes a Roku TV. The third bedroom known as the “Bunk Room” has a bunk bed with full on the bottom and a twin on the top. The fourth bedroom is a small loft upstairs has two twin beds and a couch which makes into another full bed. Includes a Roku TV as well. This room also has a desk area for work or some computer time.

The “Living Room” is cozy. It includes a 55” Roku TV for your movie night enjoyment. The couch can also turn into another full size bed. Another full size bathroom also sits between the Bunk House and the Paris Room. The kitchen is nice and has a fold down wall table to accommodate more room if you should need it.

The kitchen amenities are an Electric Stove/Oven, Microwave, Refrigerator and a Dishwasher. The Washer & Dryer reside behind two folding doors off the kitchen.

We worked hard to make the yard inviting for your enjoyment. It has a HOT TUB Gas Grill, Fire Pit, Lawn Furniture and Corn Hole boards for your entertainment. We hope you enjoy your stay!

Our Guests have full access to the entire house except for the two mechanical rooms and a maids closet. We do have a closed off area in the backyard as well.

This House is centrally located - 15min to downtown, 15min to Red Rocks and the Front Range mountains and 1 hour to ski resorts.

The home is located in an older north Denver neighborhood. As you arrive near the home, you will see much of the surrounding area, such as Federal Blvd, is zoned for redevelopment.

Our neighbors on both sides are very nice! The light rail train is just a short few blocks from the house…Light rail that goes directly downtown within 15 minutes! We are also a short drive to any of the major highway connections that allow you to travel Colorado in any direction!

We have remote check-in which makes everything so much easier.
We do accept pets for an additional charge.

($300 fine). Outside enjoy as much smoking as you would like.
This house is on the smaller side. Please no parties or large gatherings.
