This fully-remodeled home, nestled in a quiet neighborhood in the heart of Sarasota is comfy and relaxing. With three bedrooms and a large living room, there is plenty of space for everyone to enjoy. The home has a large fenced backyard, perfect for the kids to play in while you watch them from the kitchen window. There is a grill on the back porch as well. The home is just across the street from the Legacy Trail, giving a great outlet for a jog and a playground for the kids. It's an easy 10 minute drive to either Siesta Key Beach or Downtown Sarasota.
