It is also located within easy driving distance to Tampa (1 hr) and Orlando (2 hr) destinations. Public transportation is readily available for more distant exploration if you choose not to drive.

Fully furnished, spotless, newly updated throughout including new tile floors in the bedrooms, and with all the amenities of a comfortable home, our condo offers two large bedrooms with full baths, a comfortable living room, dining area, 3 TVs, and lanai. We have a fully equipped kitchen with a drip and Keurig coffee maker. All necessary linens are provided and a free full-sized washer and dryer are located in the pool area cabana. Our fully equipped kitchen provides all the conveniences of a home.
One reserved parking spot with additional guest parking is available first come first serve.
All rates are subject to 12% FL state/local tax.
One-time $125.00 housekeeping fee for up to 7 nights.
One-time $150.00 housekeeping fee over 14 nights or more.

Great place to stay

The property was very clean, very well maintained, and very comfortable. Everything that we could want was provided in the unit. Very nice. We had a small glitch with the access code when we arrived, but Susan fixed that once we spoke with her. The public beach on Siesta Key was just a few minutes drive (with plenty of free parking at the large public lot, if you arrive before 11:00 or so). The closest public access path to the beach from the condo is #12, just across from Capt Curts. Parking is very limited at this access, but it is walkable. We always enjoy staying in the Siesta Key area, and we were happy to stay here.

Quiet. Clean. Cute. Perfect!!

This condo was perfect! Extremely close to Siesta Key in the cutest little neighborhood. The condo was clean and decorated adorably! We really couldn’t have asked for more for our girls getaway. Check in was easy and communication was top notch! If we decide to return to Sarasota next year, we will definitely book this condo again!

Great Location for Exploring Sarasota

We wanted to check out Sarasota and get a little beach time. The condo was comfortable and quiet. Just across the causeway from Siesta Key. We drove to Turtle Beach and Siesta Key Beach and enjoyed them both. We also did some exploring in Sarasota and enjoyed the aquarium there. We only stayed a few days but would definitely book a long stay next time. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Great outdoor patio! Easy access to the unit and clear instructions for check in, wifi, and check out. The condo only has 8 units. The pool is small but it was empty most of the time so I think it’s plenty for the size of the complex. We didn’t get to swim in the pool due to time constraints but it looked inviting!

Why they chose this property

We just thought this condo was the just the right size and location. You don't get caught in the Siesta Key traffic unless you are at the beach!! It's a small complex with only 8 units to the building.
Just a cute spot!
