Downtown Sarasota is just a short drive away across the north island bridge. We have world-renowned shopping, fine dining, and cultural attractions. It is also located within easy driving distance to Tampa (1 hr) and Orlando (2 hr) destinations. Public transportation is readily available for more distant exploration if you choose not to drive.

Fully furnished, spotless, newly updated throughout including new tile floors in the bedrooms, and with all the amenities of a comfortable home, our condo offers two large bedrooms with full baths, a comfortable living room, dining area, 3 TVs, and lanai. We have a fully equipped kitchen with a drip and Keurig coffee maker. All necessary linens are provided and a free full-sized washer and dryer are located in the pool area cabana. Our fully equipped kitchen provides all the conveniences of a home.
One reserved parking spot with additional guest parking is available first come first serve.
All rates are subject to 12% FL state/local tax.
One-time $125.00 housekeeping fee for up to 7 nights.
One-time $150.00 housekeeping fee over 14 nights or more.
