Architecturally exceptional holiday apartment with fireplace and garden above the Tollensetales, nestled in the rolling hills with a unique valley view
The 56m² apartment is characterized by a light-flooded living and dining area. The vaulted glass façade with the incomparable view of the garden and the Tollensetal that lies at your feet make you feel like you are already in the open air at breakfast.
The kitchen corner is fully equipped and invites you to delightful cooking. The bedroom and bathroom with shower complete this unique newly renovated former studio.
The apartment is well suited for two adults. A comfortable extra bed for two more people offers the box spring couch in the living room. A cot can also be provided.
A special highlight are the pictures made by a local artist, which give the apartment a very special atmosphere. A contact to the artist is gladly conveyed.
The summer is fully booked? Then autumn is recommended as a secret for the holiday in the Tollensetal, when the numerous migratory birds in the valley take a break to strengthen themselves for the onward flight to the south. Especially in the evening hours during the sunset, a natural spectacle of the special kind occurs every day, when cranes meet wild geese and gray herons.

Am Ende der Straße...
... Liegt ein Haus mit einer schönen Ferienwohnung die einen tollen Ausblick bietet!
Wir haben unseren 7 tägigen Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und haben immer einen guten Tipp für die Umgebung parat.
Viele Seen, abwechslungsreiche Lauf- und Radfahrstrecken und zur Ostsee ist es auch nicht weit.
Wir können die Ferienwohnung nur empfehlen!

Natururlaub in ruhiger Lage
Wir, 2 Erwachsene und 1 Kind (14 Jahre), verbrachten 12 herrliche Tage in dieser Gegend. Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig und idyllisch gelegen und ist gemütlich eingerichtet. Von dieser, sowie in der Sitzecke draußen, hat man einen tollen Blick in die Natur. Die Vermieter sind sehr angenehm und alles hat unkompliziert geklappt.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in Jarmen, ca. 15 min. Autofahrt entfernt. Dort befindet sich auch der klare Kiessee Zarrenthin, toll zum Baden und für unser Kind zum Stand Up Paddeln.
Die Flüsse Tollense und Peene sind zum Paddeln ebenfalls bestens geeignet, in schönster Kulisse.
Zur Veste Landskron, einer eindrucksvollen Ruine, sind wir mit dem Radel gefahren.
Besucht haben wir die Städte Neubrandenburg, Demmin und Greifswald, vor allem letzteres sehr zu empfehlen.
Von Anklam aus haben wir eine Radtour zum Achterwasser unternommen.
Am Seebad Lubmin, ca. 50 min. Autofahrt, haben wir am Wasser die Seele baumeln lassen, wunderbar und zum Glück ohne viel Menschengedränge.
Fazit: super Lage, um in alle Richtungen auszuschweifen

Volle Entspannung
Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Natururlaub. Die Ferienwohnung supergemütlich, sauber, gut ausgestattet. Freundliche Vermieter. Die Natur beginnt am Haus. Abends tolle Tierbeobachtungen möglich im Tollensetal. Wir empfehlen dieses Objekt wärmstens weiter!

Toller Ort zum Entspannen
Wir hatten ein paar wunderbar entspannende Tage in dieser idyllisch gelegenen Ferienwohnung. Genau richtig um dem Großstadtgetümmel mal zu entkommen. Die Ferienwohnung ist super ausgestattet, es hat uns an nichts gemangelt. Wir kommen sicher wieder :)

Vielen Dank für den super Aufenthalt in dieser Ferienwohnung. Man merkt, dass die Wohnung erst vor kurzem saniert oder neu errichtet wurde. Alles ist geschmackvoll, man kann sogar sagen, besonders schön auf einander abgestimmt eingerichtet worden, und es fehlt an nichts. Zudem sind die Vermieter wirklich sehr nett und offen, was uns sehr gefreut hat. Kinder sind hier willkommen. Hier kann man sich wie zu Hause fühlen!

tolle lichtdurchflutete Wohnung, großzügig, sauber, ruhig
Wir sind mit 2 Personen mit dem Auto in diese interessante Ferienwohnung gezogen. Die Räumlichkeiten sind sehr sauber und ansprechend. Das Haus steht auf einem traumhaften Grundstück. Für 2 Personen ist diese Wohnung sehr großzügig bemessen. Ich denke selbst, wer mit 4 Personen anreist, hat trotz ausklappbarem Sofa immer noch genügend Platz. Lediglich die Unterbringungsmöglichkeiten für die Reisewäsche wären dann etwas knapper. Für uns 2 Personen war dies kein Problem. Das Badezimmer fanden wir mit der vorhandenen Größe sehr komfortabel. Man kann sich sogar problemlos in der Dusche bücken.Die Vermieter sind super nett, stets ansprechbar und hilfsbereit und haben die Wohnung großzügig mit Geschirr und Kochutensilien ausgestattet. Super war auch die Idee, einen Seifenspender ins Bad und Geschirrspülmittel in die Küche zu stellen. Wer nur ein paar Tage dort nächtigt, muss so nicht mit seinem eigenen Hausstand anreisen. Kleine Dekodetails machten die Wohnung sehr ansprechend. Fliegengitter im Bad und Schlafzimmer verhinderten das Eindringen der Insekten. Eine entsprechende Lösung für den Wohnbereich wird bereits gesucht. Die Aussicht aus diesem lichtdurchfluteten Raum ist einfach schön. Ein Sitz-/Ruhebereich für den Garten ist eingerichtet. Die Wohnung liegt tatsächlich im Nirgendwo, das heißt Ruhe ist garantiert. Wir haben von dort mit dem Auto Tagesausflüge gemacht und uns abends auf den tollen Rückzugsort gefreut.
