Palm Springs Icon has recently been re-imagined with new furnishings and is ready for the most discerning guests. There are two full bedrooms, two full bathrooms and an optional swing room off the living room that serves as a family area or another bedroom. This home boasts 700 square feet of outdoor space and is steps the sparkling pool. . Magnificent views from the property make it the cool place to be in Palm Springs.

Portia, the property manager, was excellent. Portia met me, oriented me to the kitchen appliances, Siri, the lighting, door locks, etc. She noticed the propane tank to the patio fireplace was empty and made a special trip to get a full replacement tank and showed me how to safely turn it on and off. She had made a very detailed instruction book re the furnace controls, restaurants, check in and out which was very helpful. When the pool gate lock was replaced and did not work she made calls to the HOA president and owner to fix the gate lock and obtain a key for me so I could open and lock the gate safely and securely. I wish every VRBO had a property manager like Portia

Great location, great place!
My wife, son, and I spent a month at this property and had a fantastic time! It is centrally located to all that downtown Palm Springs has to offer. The hosts were communicative when necessary and made the process very easy. Would 10/10 recommend!
