This property is 10 minutes walk from the beach. My Places Dubai Apartment Escan Tower is situated in the heart of Dubai Marina minutes from Dmcc Metro station, The beach and the JBR walk.

This studio unit boasts a Road, Marina, Garden and sea views and our guests can benefit from a 55” flat TV, a fully equipped kitchen with an Air fryer, microwave, blender, rice cooker fridge/freezer, washing machine to name but a few, a double bed plus a double sofa bed. We also offer 1 bathroom with a shower and bed linens are provided.

High-speed free WIFI, air conditioning and an outdoor swimming pool. There are lots of shops & restaurants literally on your doorstep. For the keep fit fanatics, the Marina walk is less than 2 minutes away.
