Nestled within walking distance to day spas and hot spring mineral pools, Prince Palm Retreat is a brand new desert house custom built in 2022, perfectly located in Desert Hot Springs, just 15 mins from Downtown Palm Springs and 30 mins to Joshua Tree and Coachella — away from the bustle but yet close enough to experience all the desert cities of Coachella Valley!

The house features central AC/Heat, vinyl flooring, an open floor plan living room with vaulted ceilings and a 65” 4K TV, leading to the full kitchen that boosts granite counter tops with stainless steel appliances, a variety of coffee makers (for coffee addicts like myself) and a formal dining area. Down the spacious hallways, guests have access to a guest bathroom with a tub shower, a large master bedroom with a king bed (sleeps 2) and a luxury private master bathroom with dual sinks. A second and third bedroom include two queen beds each (sleeps 4). All three bedrooms also include TV’s with free Netflix and other Roku apps. Near the living room, a fourth open bedroom/den consists of a full size futon (sleeps 2) and a comfortable queen air bed (sleeps 2). A washer/dryer along with irons are available for guests in the house.

Guests also have access to the Prince Palm Retreat Game Room, equip with foosball table, indoor basketball, ping pong table tennis and a large air hockey table — unlimited fun away from the sun!

Just outside the beautiful rear French doors, guests can enjoy lounge chairs along the expansive palm tree lined desert-like yard with a stock tank pool to soak into (seats 4-5 adults), recliners for those who also like to sunbathe, several hammocks to lounge on and seating around an awesome fire pit. The nicely shaded patio area also consists of outdoor seating furniture and a BBQ grill.

With activities for all seasons, coupled with the mountain views of the Palm Springs windmills seen from the front door of Prince Palm Retreat, this is the ideal desert retreat that you won’t want to leave!

PET POLICY: We allow a house-trained dog in our desert house ONLY with host approval. Guests must agree and pay a nightly pet cleaning fee prior to check-in, to cover additional housekeeping costs we incur. Please do not allow your pets on any of our furniture. Any sign of pets on the property without our knowledge will incur an additional $250 fee. If your stay is longer than 2 nights, please ask us about our lower flat rate pet cleaning fee.

Guests have access to the house via a keycode that unlocks the front door — no need for interaction with host. A large driveway accommodates up to 4 vehicles. Guests can enjoy the front door seating area with beautiful mountain views and the Palm Springs windmills, as well as a desert-like backyard with firepit, outdoor seating, and a BBQ. Guests also have access to a large game room garage with air hockey, ping pong table tennis, foosball, and indoor basketball.

4K & HD smart TV's have Wi-fi with complimentary Netflix logged in as well as news and other popular Roku apps. No local/cable. A variety of board/card games are part of the indoor fun activities. A propane burning firepit and BBQ are available, but please be aware that sometimes the propane tank might be low or run out. If so, feel free to take the tank to a nearby store to swap for a full tank. Message host for reimbursement for the tank cost prior to.
