MONTHLY SPECIALS NOW THROUGH MARCH- send a message & ask. Enjoy this beautiful, clean open concept home offering comfort for a large family or friend gathering, or a couples getaway. With 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, large living room and kitchen, you will feel right at home & comfortable. The Greek inspired wall painting will whisk you away for a relaxing stay. The backyard is large with a private pool/spa (pool has a shallow entrance and is deep at the end). BBQ, dining seating for 8 and bar seating for 3- let the fun and entertaining begin. Enjoy a little corn hole or play ping pong. Enjoy beautiful mountain views during the entire day and a beautiful sunset in the evening. Come relax and enjoy the beauty of the desert. Right down the street is a world renown Hot Springs resort (used by Oprah Winfrey) for your enjoyment (must make reservation and pay additional fees). We can also recommend a great masseuse and private chef (pay additional fees). We also have another 4/2.5 home down the street (2 minute drive) for extra large gatherings (just ask me). Agua Caliente casino is 15 minutes away, Cabazon Outlets is 25 minutes away and Joshua Tree is 40 minutes away. Palm Springs Lots to do nearby!

Home was spacious and very Beautiful Backyard has a gorgeous view in the night also with pool lights on it’s even more beautiful hot tub was awesome me and my family enjoyed it location is pretty close to numerous stores area was very quiet garage and driveway is very spacious the master bedroom was my favorite part of the home the host Angelica was very nice easy to get ahold of if needed she answered all of my calls, texts and questions overall was a good stay.

Ran out of body wash on Day 2. Pool didn’t get cleaned until day before check out. Clocks not working. Jacuzzi took a very long time to heat.The house was nice and comfortable. Manager was good at communicating.

I would have happily had body wash sent over. Also, the pool is cleaned on date of arrival, in this case Friday and Tuesday. Guest left Wednesday. Clocks work just needed a battery and there are alarm clocks in each room. I encourage all guests to reach out during stay and this one did not. I strive to make each guest experience phenomenal as I would expect when traveling.

Wonderful place to stay with family

My family and I spent about 3 nights here and everything was wonderful! The openness of the home we really enjoyed so we could all still feel close while some were cooking, eating, playing or watching tv. The pool was were we spent most of the day and evening! Wonderful shallow part for the little ones too! Even my 3 year old grandson commented that he loved the house lol!! Definitely will stay here again when I visit the area.

Great house and host

The house had some minor things broken but Angelica was very communicative about them and offered helpful solutions. The house was great for our group to swim and hang out and explore the surrounding desert. Angelica was very communicative and quick to respond during our whole trip.

The home was spacious and accommodated our group well. However, the listing photos do not accurately reflect the current condition of the property. It appears the photos have not been updated since the initial remodel.The backyard was the main reason we chose this home, but unfortunately it did not meet our expectations based on the photos and prior reviews. The outdoor area was not well maintained. The ping pong table was damaged (possibly from termites), outdoor furniture and chairs were heavily sun-damaged, and several rugs were ripped and faded. Weeds were significantly overgrown, and the landscaping appeared neglected. The pool walls had visible staining, and a leaking hose caused moss buildup along the floor and wall. The string lights on the exterior of the home were also barely attached.Inside the home, the carpet throughout had numerous stains and appeared dirty. Several rugs were stained as well, and some cabinet hardware was loose. We were also surprised to be asked to bring in dumpsters from outside upon arrival, which felt inappropriate for guests.Overall, while the size of the home worked well for our group, the condition and maintenance of the amenities did not meet our expectations based on the listing.

The backyard is beautiful with amazing views and while I agree that the rug needs to be replaced, I disagree with this assessment. There are no termites and the desert heat does take its toll on the furniture, which is actually being replaced this month. New photos coming soon. The interior carpet was actually cleaned after this departure.

Beautiful and Big!

The property is conveniently located 20 minutes from Palm Springs and 5 minutes from two major supermarkets and gas stations. The pool area offers a wonderful view. The pool is clean, even with strong winds. The pool's maximum depth is 6 feet, but only in a small area, making it suitable for everyone. The house is spacious and beautifully appointed. The three main bedrooms are very comfortable, and the children's bedroom is adequate. The living room is exceptionally well-designed, comfortably accommodating 6 to 8 people. The kitchen is large and well-equipped with new, functioning appliances.

Great Experience

Had a great weekend The location was very easy to get to. Close to the freeways and very close to shops and restaurants. The house was immaculate, well kept, updates throughout and fully stocked with toiletries and supplies. The host was very responsive and very accessible. She would respond within minutes! We really enjoyed our stay. Angelica was very responsive and answered all our questions quickly. We spent a lot of time in the pool and hot tub which heated up very quickly. The security system was a bit loud and notified the whole house each time a door was open but we got used to it. They have all the things in the kitchen and baths that you would need.there are no sidewalks on the street and it doesn’t feel super safe to walk anywhere with people driving very fast on the street. I probably wouldn’t stay in this area of PS again but really enjoyed the house!

Sunshine and Relaxation

Angelica was a great guide and gave us everything we needed. The house was very clean, spacious, with lots of space to relax. Two the bedrooms look out on the pool with mountains in the background. Kitchen well equipped and bathrooms spotless. Pretty courtyard takes you in and outdoor grill/ bar and dining brings family together to share a meal. Desert Hot Springs is close to Palm Springs and an easy drive to Joshua Tree. All was as advertised and we had a great family getaway! Thank you, Angelica!

Fun Stay

This was a beautiful home with a large space for friends and family to hangout. Kitchen and bathrooms had the necessities, and the beds were extremely comfortable! The surrounding area was not great for any walking around neighborhoods, and it’s quite a drive to any fun coffee shops/bars/dining, but the neighborhood was very quiet if you’re more interested in that. There was an alarm on the door that was very loud each time someone entered or left the home, and you had to contact the property to adjust any pool/hot tub heat, but Angelica was always super responsive and replied within minutes. The pool was beautiful, but the outdoor dining and lounge chairs were very old and dirty, some broken, and our group did not feel comfortable laying around on them. Overall, nice home and responsive owner, and a good option for a laid back group.

Top Notch property, wonderful host

I have rented several VRBO homes, and this one was probably the best ever, mainly due to our exceptional host, Angelica. She is very kind and made us feel so comfortable throughout the booking process and also during our stay in her beautiful home. As a family of eight including two small children, we especially appreciated the pool and hot tub, which were great, but it was Angelica's small touches, like a stocked library of children's books and toys, water wings, flip flops, and bubbles, that really made the granddaughters feel special. Before and during our stay we had a few questions for Angelica, which she answered promptly and thoroughly every time, which I also appreciated very much. The house is spacious and very comfortable, the well-appointed kitchen had everything we need, the beds were super comfortable, and the showers worked really well. The house location was actually perfect for us, as we did not want to be in downtown Palm Springs, yet it was only a 20 minute drive or less to Palm Springs, and beautiful Joshua Tree National Park was only 45 minutes away. The girls even had a full day in Disneyland with their parents. Angelica recommended a grocery store, pizza restaurant, and some activities that we enjoyed very much. All in all, I highly recommend this property for a wonderful holiday. Thanks Angelica!
