Coastal Landing is a newer (2021), impeccably decorated, 4-bedroom Morgantown home! You'll love the location of this 4 bedroom, three bath beach house. It is located at the end of quiet cul de sac and is an easy stroll to both pools, tennis and beach access boardwalks. Plus, you'll have a peekaboo view of the gulf. But you'll get the best of both worlds because this home is tucked away and backs up to expansive common area. Because the home sits nestled among the trees, you'll feel like you are in an upscale, well-appointed tree house! PRO-TIP: Bring your small (dog 25 lbs. or less) because this house and the beach are both dog friendly!

The Space

You'll find a King bedroom with beautiful views of the greenery on the lower level. This rooms shares a hall bath which has a double vanity and tub/shower combination. Head upstairs where there are three additional bedrooms. One has a King with a private bath and balcony access. A second room has 2 Queen beds and the third a Queen bed as well. The double Queen room has direct access to the hall bath and the single Queen room shares the hall bath. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room which brings the occupancy to 12.

For security, there is an exterior camera under the home.

Fort Morgan & Morgantown

Morgantown is a lovely, unique seaside community featuring two swimming pools, a kiddie pool, two lighted tennis/pickleball courts and several beach access boardwalks. When you first arrive, you'll notice pride of ownership in this pastel colored, beautifully landscape neighborhood. Guests really enjoy walking and biking along the quiet streets and many rent golf carts and enjoy sunset drives. If you have small children or just prefer the convenience of parking close to the beach, there is a public lot just to the west of Morgantown.

Located a scenic 15 miles from Gulf Shores, you'll find everything you need close at hand. Dollar General and Sassy Bass Market are just a few miles away and have all the basics you might need. There are several restaurants nearby offering a variety of tasty dishes. Tacky Jack's, Sassy Bass (2 locations), Coast and brand-new Jesse's (opening soon) to name a few. Some venues even offer live, local entertainment.

Fort Morgan fishing pier is now open, and anglers will have access to convenient inshore fishing and the abundant species locally available.

Perfect House & Great Location for Family Beach Vacay

My family and extended family (total of 7 people) met here for a long weekend beach vacay. The house had everything we needed. We loved that we could walk to the pools and tennis courts and beach. The beach was beautiful and not as busy as those closer to town. We prefer a location like this - not crazy busy like downtown Gulf Shores or Orange Beach. Yet it’s close enough to those beaches too.

Very nice home away

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great trip to this location. The steps into the home were a bit much for a 72 YY w knee replacements and back issues. The beach was a little farther away than expected so I believe a golf cart would be a welcomed addition next trip. I for me, I should have tested beds before picking a room. The Master bed was very soft, not good for back. Others would have liked that room and I should have taken another. The alligator visited almost every morning. We did not feed at all but I'm wonder if others had. He would come very close to homes. We always love Fort Morgan as less crowded. Still give a high rating but felt comments were informative. Thx

Wonderful place to stay

Loved this home. Easy commute to the beach and pools. We brought our own golf cart but recommend just renting one. The house was great! Rooms were separated nicely! Plenty of space for our group of 10! Nice charcoal grill. One of the bedrooms, the one with the single queen bed did not have a tv. I’m not complaining. Just wanting you to be aware. I don’t have anything negative to say! If I had to come up with something I’d do different, it maybe would be to put up room darkening light colored curtains in the bedrooms. The ones that are up are pretty but your room is lit up when the sun comes up. Excellent home, well furnished with really nice finishes! I highly recommend it!
