Wake up to spectacular sunrises, gentle Gulf breezes, and a panoramic view of the Gulf and Bay from the balcony of this beautiful, privately owned penthouse condo located at Royal Gulf Beach and Racquet Club on the Fort Morgan peninsula offering the perfect escape from the crowds in Gulf Shores.

The complex offers an indoor pool, sauna, and fitness center. There are numerous pools and hot tubs outdoors along with tennis and pickleball courts, and a putting green.

This is a vacation community offering 24 hour onsite security, private white beaches, natural sand dunes, great surf fishing, and is adjacent to the award winning Kiva Dunes Resort and Golf Club. Sassy Bass Island Grill is onsite where you will find the best of the best tropical recipes served in the most relaxing atmosphere. Selah's-Fort Morgan is the coffee and ice cream shop adjacent to the guard gate.

This 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo has a split floor plan with an open kitchen, dining and living area that will sleep 6 comfortably. Sleeping configuration includes a queen bed in the primary bedroom, queen sofa sleeper, and 2 twin beds. The fully stocked kitchen has granite counter tops and a coffee bar.

Security camera/recording device: Each hallway and common area in and around the building is under surveillance by building security.

NO PETS ALLOWED!

NOTE: Washers/dryers are not in the units but there is a laundromat on the first floor of the building.

A $40 parking pass is required per vehicle (2 vehicles allowed.) A link to purchase the parking pass will be forwarded at the time of booking.

Beach chairs are provided in the storage cabinet on the balcony.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Place dirty sheets and towels in bath tubs. Leave blankets on beds.
Load and run dishwasher. Trash to the chute.
Close blinds and curtains. Return amenities card to the drawer.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
There is a one-time fee of $35 per vehicle for parking. The link to purchase parking will be given at the time of booking.
No long term/monthly/snowbird rentals.

Wonderful get away

The unit was wonderful with the best views from every room. The property itself was lovely because it’s set just outside of the main Gulf Shores area so it’s not as busy as some other places. Cindy was a wonderful host and the unit itself was well stocked and clean.

Wonderful Beach Get Away

This property was excellent. We really enjoyed our stay…. The beaches are not overcrowded at all. If there was a downside at all.. it would be that there was no washer and dryer in the room… but there are some downstairs… this would not be a deal Breaker for us… we hope to be back soon…just beautiful! We loved it!!

We are from Memphis, TN. We have childhood friends living in this area and have vacationed in Gulf Shores for many years. One week after signing the contract to purchase our condo Hurricane Sally took us for a ride. After many years of dreaming and saving, we were finally able to close on Gone Coastal and she was established in April 2021. Then the fun began!

Don't be surprised to see the Blue Angels thrilling the coastline as they fly over while practicing their maneuvers. It is the best "wake-up" call and one there is no mistaking!

We value our guests and hope you love our vacation home as much as we do.
