The cabin was beautiful and in a great location, so quiet and peaceful. Wish the wood burning stove actually was usable but understand the fire risk. Otherwise is was Exactly what we were looking for and so close to town but up in the woods away from everything as well. We absolutely loved our stay and would come there again. HIGHLY recommend this place for some peace and quiet. Maybe add a baking dish in the kitchen otherwise we had everything we needed. Thanks for sharing your beautiful spot of heaven with us.
The property was ideal for a couple who wants seclusion. The first floor was open with a full kitchen and TV viewing area. The upper floor was a large bedroom. Everything a couple could need. Plus it was proximate to Whitefish and Glacier National Park.
It was perfect. Very secluded which we really liked. It was very clean and stocked very well. They had bear spray we could use and a cooler. We were worried about having to purchase these items , but they had them available to use which was very nice. They message many times to make sure everything was going well. We were very pleased with our stay.
Quiet, comfy, and cute cabin nestled in the woods. The place was clean, bed was comfy, the recliner couches were perfect to rest in after a long day of hiking. About 15 minutes away from downtown Whitefish where there are plenty of food options. Drive to Glacier was 45 mins to an hour. We would stay here again!
This was a perfect place for a short trip to Whitefish, MT. It was clean and had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable. We visited Glacier National Park and the nearby towns.
This cabin met our needs which was to sleep and shower , the covered porch was nice on the other side of cabin there was some old items I believe a camper and tires stored there .
Canon was clean, easy check in/out. Host had everything you could possibly need to enjoy the cabin. Extra blankets, coffee and a lot of other items of you need to do any cooking. Highly recommend this place for anyone wanting to escape for a few days.
Nice house that was clean and stocked well.
It is conveniently located to Whitefish in a large stand of trees.
The carport patio would’ve been nice to enjoy but the weather didn’t cooperate and was very chilly I. The evening.
My wife and I will always cherish our time that we spent here. It was the perfect location from everything, and a part of our hearts will always belong here. It was the perfect place to fulfill our highschool dream of visiting Montana together. Would love to come back!
What a great place to stay for a few days. The cabin was fantastic. It was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The location was great . Close enough to Whitefish but in a secluded and quiet area. We loved everything about it! The town of Whitefish had great restaurants and shops. With only being 30 minutes from Glacier National Park, we were able to spend the day hiking and exploring! A perfect getaway!
This is a great cottage perfect for 2
We did miss our turn onto Haskill ridge multiple times but that’s on us lol
Highly recommend, house well represented on website close to Glacier and Whitefish is a delightfully hip town we loved it!!!
The cabin was great. We were going to cook on the grill but it was rusted and too dirty to clean. The patio was great, the patio furniture is full of spiders. We cleaned off one sofa on the patio to be able to use it.
Overall the cabin was beautiful

Was a little further away than what we thought to glacier national park entrance? Roads were dusty and gravel for a few miles to the cabin stuff from owners was stacked on side of cabin, surroundings not kept up neatly

First and last time
My stay at this property was disappointing overall.
1. The property was clearly not properly prepared before being rented out. It wasn't cleaned, and it seemed rushed, with the smell of fresh paint still lingering in the air.
2. The location was difficult to find, which added unnecessary frustration to the experience.
3. The shower being located downstairs was highly inconvenient, especially if you need to use the restroom in the middle of the night.
4. I was also concerned about safety, as the towels and curtains were draped over hot air vents, posing a potential fire hazard. It's unclear how this passed any safety inspections.
Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend this property in its current state.

We find this review to be quite the opposite of what all the other renters have experienced. The owners themselves are the cleaners, and take great pride in having all exceptional reviews on how clean the cabin is. Also, what other renters typically experience is how happy they are that the cabin is tucked away in a quiet spot in the woods, just 4 miles from downtown.
There has not been fresh paint in the cabin for over two years so unsure what that may have been that you smelled. And there are no drapes in front of heaters. Simply a note with a curtain blocker letting renters know not to buy anything directly in front of that heater. If you check the reviews for this cabin, you will see that most renters give it five stars.
This cabin in the woods was wonderful! The property was very clean and well-stocked. Just a few minutes drive into downtown Whitefish and not far from the West entrance of Glacier National Park, the location is great! The host was very helpful and communicative. Highly recommended if you are looking to stay near Glacier National Park or just looking for a great Montana getaway!
Place was perfect! Great location to downtown and just a short drive to all the surrounding activities. The house was equipped with everything we needed and was very comfortable.
