Quaint Place
This is a perfect place located in the downtown area for a couple, two couples, or small family. The best part is its location as it is within walking distance, if you like to walk, of anything you want to do in the downtown area. My wife and I are walkers and have visited Saint Augustine for the past five years and walk everywhere we go because of the limited parking. The home does have dedicated parking if you want to drive to attractions. We found the home clean and comfortable and would certainly stay at it again.

Clean, easy, good location
As close as you can get to the Historic district. Clean, comfy beds, kitchen is adequately equipped. The living room could use a couple of more comfy chairs but that’s my only complaint

Great location
The location was great for walking to restaurants and shopping. The listing photos do not show the very poor condition of the wood floors. There are large dangerous chunks missing throughout the living area. The adults in our group had to be extremely careful to not get hurt on the splintered floors. Kids and toddlers would most likely hurt themselves on these wood floors, they are in desperate need or replacing. Other than the floors, the couch is very old and frankly kind of gross looking but the pull out bed works fine. There is really not enough comfortable seating for a house that sleeps 6 people. We enjoyed our stay because we were barely Home and the location is convenient. However I wish we had been able to see the condition of the floors and the couch before we stayed.

Close to downtown
Lovely property! Ample space. Very clean. Location very walkable to downtown and Flagler College. Unfortunately, some unhoused population in the area made me a bit wary.
